Students in grades 3-6 had a great time with it. There were about 200 people at the party, but we only had 39 photos. Called tech support and was told everyone was gone for the day and we should have tested the Photo Booth earlier. We just got it the night before! Now we are SOL and the party is tomorrow. I ordered what I thought was a working Photo Booth, not a broken one! They both end up giving multiple error msgs the day of my event which is why I only have limited photos from my event. It’s so sad because this was my gender reveal and this is my first child. Alors que le produit je ne l’ai jamais eu , manque de professionnalisme. Ils veulent me rembourser même pas le quart de ce que j’ai payer , est ce normal ?? After scanning a QR code, getting redirected to App Store, having to download app, it still never showed photos. Even after downloading app and scanning g again, notta, 0/10 useless app. ### 1/5 — Unsatisfied *2025-12-05, version 3.3.2* Not user friendly ### 1/5 — WiFi failure doom loop *2025-11-23, version 3.3.2* The first time I opened the app, it asked if I wanted to connect to a local WiFi network at the event. I said yes, but turns out I couldn’t get access to that WiFi. But now the app won’t let me download the photo taken of my group there because it insists on connecting to that original WiFi node. Connecting to different WiFi networks doesn’t change KRUU’s demand—and nothing in the app’s settings allows me to switch the expected network. Even if I turn off my WiFi and turn on cellular data for this app, it still asks me to connect to that old network. Je recommande KRUU à 100 % : colis reçu en avance, retour très simple en point relais. I saw this advertised and FB and of course you always wonder if something is a sham! I took my chances and I’m super happy to say this was the best part of our event! The Photo Booth arrived a couple days before our party and setting it up wasn’t bad at all- I watched the video a few times! I must say that having 4x6 pictures was much better than the old fashioned strips you usually get at a Photo Booth. We didn’t even use all the paper and ink that was supplied to us, so I just returned it along with the unit.
