Notifications do not work. The application is very slow.

I use this in the hospital I’m an intern in. The notifications are very unreliable. Sometimes they work, other times I don’t get notified and the nurses think I am ignoring them. 

Other colleagues of mine have had the same issue. For an app used in such highly critical field having shoddy notifications is a really big failure.
