Even if you are invited to a game , And than they push you to buy game boards . Very disappointed! Way to many adds , very hard to get rid of them . Once the ad has played and it goes back to game I wait for my turn and nothing happens. Then I close out of the game and go back in only to find that I have lost. Or the it will be my turn and I can’t play letters but the timer is going. That means it’s not my device it is the game. Every loss decreases my score. Even if you give me more games it doesn’t fix the points lost because of the game failing to operate properly. ### 4/5 — Great, BUT…. *2026-06-30, version 9.78* I play multiple games every morning. I love to combination of luck and logic needed to win. I have two problems. First, it takes many efforts for the game to open and stay open. It takes a minimum of four attempts to open for the game to stay open so I can play. My second problem is related to the first. When I try to watch videos to earn more game boards I will get through the whole ad and get kicked out. Please fix these bugs. I play every day on my iPad. No matter how much time you wait, you have to watch ads if you want to play. Ads after every turn you make. Waiting 3 days for an opponent to work on the puzzle is ridiculous. It takes a long time to finish a game when an opponent doesn’t take their turn within 24hrs. This game used to have minimal ads and I really liked it. Now it’s not worth the hassle. It has happened before, I’ve had to delete the app and reload everything, but my score, games are lost. Spent decent money on game boards, then app started putting ads throughout game. I don’t mind paying to go ad free but £119.00 for a year? That’s crazy and gratuitous. I’m deleting it. ### 1/5 — App not working properly *2026-07-26, version 9.80* I have been using Kryss for a number of years and I have an annual subscription. Up until recently I was very happy with the app but it now has developed some issues :- • I no longer get the weekend games to accumulate points • The app had 3 empty boxes but only gave me 1 letter. • I have played a number of games but wasn’t awarded the points for achieving 5 words. There could be more issues that I’m not aware of. This morning I set my subscription to expire on next renewal (ie March 2027). When the app is fixed and working as it should, I will reset it to renew as I love playing this game. I look forward to hearing from you.
