Krystal’s is just a more expensive White Castle but doesn’t offer better quality. This app has been nothing but a headache. I live right next to a Krystal and would like to earn rewards or order online but it’s impossible on this app. I’ve spent countless hours just trying to place an order with no success. (Update: it’s been a couple months of me trying to place an order. Still unable to do so) They do online only deals but everytime I try to place an order it just says oops we couldn’t place your order. Every. Single. Time. I went into the store to see if they could figure it out, they couldn’t, and they wouldn’t honor the deal but yet I can’t even place an order online so what the heck. On top of that I try to earn rewards as the app has a QR code but they said they don’t even have a QR scanner at any of the locations I’ve been to, so no earning rewards either. What a joke of a company. If anything this is just a menu you can look at, which is terribly laid out at that.
