it’s a walking pad. i shouldn’t  need to make an account on an app to use it. in fact, i shouldn’t need an app at all especially if i paid a lot of money for the walking pad. which i did.

**Developer response:** We understand your frustration. Paying for a high-quality walking pad and then being required to use an app to fully operate it is not ideal – we hear you.

The reason we require an account is simple: without it, we have no way to save your workout history. All your data (steps, duration, pace, calories) is tied to your account; otherwise, every time you use the pad, it would start from zero and your past records would be lost.

That said, we do not require you to be logged in every single time. Once you create an account and log in, you can stay logged in – no need to enter credentials repeatedly.

If you prefer to use the walking pad without the app entirely, basic operations (speed adjustment, start/stop) are available directly on the device's display panel.

We truly appreciate your honest feedback. If you have suggestions (e.g., a "guest mode" without account), please submit them via the app: "My" → "Product Feedback" → "Feedback". We're always listening to our users.

Worthless. Pairs to my device then says preparing equipment try again later when I try to start it. Can’t use my walking pad. Stay away from this POS

We have just released a beta version specifically to fix the "stuck on preparing device after pairing" issue.
