The KSB app is terrible compared to CSB when it comes to mobile deposits. CSB mobile deposits are immediately approved and post to my account. KSB app requires manual approval by a person 98% of the time and doesn’t show up on the account right away. For that reason I have kept my CSB account and do all my mobile deposits through the CSB app/account. ### 1/5 — Wish it didn’t update *2021-09-13* Don’t Iike the new update at all.
