Can’t on browser anymore for whatever reason. Ads are pointless. At least I can listen without the app open on the main screen but it will randomly stop and I have to reload and watch another ad. How is my birthdate or gender relevant? ### 2/5 — Long ads *2022-10-02* The super long ads before I get to listen to the radio make me crazy. I will already listen to ads while the radio is playing. Why do you make me wait so long to finally hear the radio station? ### 1/5 — Radio is useless. Awful customer experience *2022-04-02* The radio just randomly cuts out all the time. Fine, not a big deal, I’ll just open the app and hit the play button again, except the radio is now frozen and I can’t hit the play button. So now I need to kill the app, then I reopen the app and push play on the radio, but then I have to sit through a 30 second ad before the radio starts up again. I’m listening to more ads than I am the KSL radio. Terrible user Experience. ### 1/5 — Crash! *2021-12-02, version 8.2.3* This doesn’t work past 5 mins. However the ads break in during middle of conversation or interviews, and some ads are for agencies and organizations out of state, like ads for some New Mexico Health insurance, or an El Paso nursing school. I’d rather listen directly from radio where possible ### 1/5 — Terrible app stops working all the time *2021-04-03, version 8.1.8* This is the worse app. I am tying to listen to the radio or conference and it stops frequently and if my screen turns off it stops playing so it wastes battery. I would have expected batter ### 1/5 — Seconds before quitting *2021-04-01, version 8.1.8* I launch the app, listen to a short sponsored ad, a second or two of news, and then the app quits. ### 1/5 — Two steps back *2021-03-31* The latest version of this app is terrible. If your screen goes to sleep it stops the audio from playing which is a terrible experience. You used to be able to play the live stream and put your screen to sleep so it does not waste your battery. Now you have to leave the screen on to keep the live stream. Need to get a fix out for this ASAP. Also, like everyone else with a review, having to listen to that blasted commercial from Anyhour services is very annoying. I get trying to profit from the app but I still have to listen to all the commercials on the radio...isn’t that enough? ### 2/5 — App keeps crashing *2021-03-30, version 8.1.8* I like to listen every morning in my home office, but over the past couple of months the app crashes every 10 minutes. ### 4/5 — Give correct news *2020-12-24* U give liberal news that is not accurate information. ### 2/5 — Advertising 80% of the time *2020-10-29, version 8.1.6* While streaming, anytime it cuts out it will go to a commercial. There is hardly any real content and it is very frustrating. ### 2/5 — Nice to Hear on Demand- Tired of Ads *2020-08-06* So every time I want to listen to KSL on live demand, I need to hear an advertisement from Any Hour Services. That means when my phone rings, or a message comes through, or I look at an email, then go back to KSL, I must restart the app even if it is paused and hear Any Hour Services again. It’s like I wouldn’t call them if my life depended on it for the advertisement abuse I get from the application. It’s not Any hour’s fault but the way the app works. Why do I know that, other live radio apps do NOT require a repeat of the sponsor’s advertisement. ### 2/5 — Pro Tip *2020-07-28, version 8.1.6* These podcasts are also available on other apps (Apple Podcasts, Overcast, etc.). Those other apps have better controls and don’t have ads. This app is clunky. Don’t waste your time with it. ### 1/5 — Anyhour Services is a scam! KSL should not let them advertise *2020-07-22, version 8.1.6* Constant advertising from a scam company that rips people off. I can’t believe KSL does business with this company and have deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Keeps cutting out *2019-10-18* KSL has some of my favorite personalities, but it’s not worth listening online as it keeps cutting out. Then it must be re-started which plays the ad again. I appreciate the sponsor’s ad and don’t mind listening to it, however after the um-teenth time the whole process becomes nothing less than annoying and the app becomes useless to me. ### 1/5 — Ads!!!! *2019-10-05, version 8.1.4* Every time the app buffers, an ad plays again before starting the live radio again. You could be way better! You should try!! ### 1/5 — Audio Stream woes *2025-10-19* The app used to work fine. I would tune in to listen to KSL or to catch a game. Now the stream stops every few minutes. Very frustrating and annoying when in the middle of a game where you end up missing plays due to app issues. Tried the stream from Safari but that cuts out if the screen goes off. I hope you fix the streaming issues. It consistently quits for no reason at all and then you have to restart the app to get it to work again.
