Thank you - The App Development Team ### 2/5 — Each release is better than the next *2025-11-13* This app is constantly like 3 steps forward 2 steps back. The most current release has more or less killed app user’s ability to interact with comments. The current build has a terrible connection to the feed. Open the app wait minutes for the stories to load. Finally you start refining the look of the comment section but fail to separate the like and the report buttons so people using one hand stretching to hit like can accidentally hit report half the time. Portrait mode and landscape mode are hard to work with. Help! Update: I contacted KSL via email re: app won’t rotate. They replied..be patient. I finally after boo coo time, lost patients, and deleted the app! GOOD GRIEF! 3.5 ratings are proof! ### 1/5 — Pop up stories *2023-08-23, version 6.4* Great concept but stories pop-up on your Lock Screen that are interesting. When you click on the story, the app opens and cannot find the story. Frustrating enough that I deleted the app. ### 2/5 — Version 6.1 *2023-03-14* I have to delete it and down load it again in order for it to open to more than a black screen. We're always working to improve the user experience. ### 2/5 — Two big problems *2022-11-10* The app constantly asks me if I love it. If I say no it wants me to talk to support. If I say yes it takes me to the store to leave a review. If I wanted to leave a review I would. Secondly, many times I click on the notification of a story I am interested in and it does not get me all the way to the story. Sometimes it is the app asking if I love it like a needy date. Other times it just doesn’t go anywhere. I think it might be if I have it open already. It works okay when you can get to what you want. Just don’t count on it. ### 3/5 — Good when it works *2022-11-03* I love the app…. when it works! But it is frequently buggy. It will repeat things mid broadcast so you have the watch a bunch over again. This is especially true on the Apple TV app of KSL TV. I live KSL and when this happens I usually switch to Fox 13 which I don’t like as much. ### 3/5 — RSL stream quality poor *2022-03-26* I love being able to stream RSL games for free is awesome but the stream quality is pretty terrible. Feels like 540p on my tv, I can barely identify the players. It does look ok on a small screen like a phone, but pretty bad on a large television ### 1/5 — Can’t trust any channel that is part of the NBC network *2022-03-03, version 4.2* Anything with NBC in its name can’t be trusted they only spew the DNC propaganda and helped get this idiot elected. Their website, their apps, everything they put out there is complete garbage. Still doesnt support a years old aspect ratio on the iPad Pro and won’t connect to RSL games half of the time. ### 1/5 — Seriously Bad *2021-07-09* I tried to watch the game on Apple TV tonight. It would not let me select the game at all. Then I pulled it up on my phone. I was able to watch the first half with several pauses in the video. At that point I selected the Chromecast option. It transferred to the Chromecast—and restarted from the beginning. KSL treats recordings as a live stream and doesn’t allow fast forwarding. Four out of five times I give up. It is not worth the hassle. This app has been bad for years. It doesn’t seem to be improving. I suspect it’s due to the insatiable need to track every single thing I do and since I have chosen to use private relay in my sign in. It’s all commercials and I can’t locate the “ongoing coverage” promised by the TV station. Awful. I’m deleting it now. Didn’t even get to actual stream content. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2025-06-19* KSL+ used to be a good app to watch the news, but now it stinks. Sports are not shown with the live feed. The 10:00pm broadcast is days old, making it irrelevant. The Sunday night sports broadcast is always cut short when it could be seen. Plus, no one wants to see the last five minutes of the NBC show before the news. Lastly, now there’s a cavalcade of ads we have to endure just to catch up on the news. It keep showing the commercials over and over again. This has been happening for over a month. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and the same thing keep happening.
