It saves a lot of time because we can do many things directly from the app, which was not possible before. That’s why this app is very useful. I also have a suggestion: it would be great if there were a section to store important documents like birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other files. If we could log in and access all our documents in one place, it would be much easier instead of searching for them every time. I know there is an option to download documents, but having a dedicated document storage section inside the app would be even better. ### 3/5 — Performance issue *2025-12-29* Very slow while authorisation & otherwise also Performance & overall speed of application can be improved ### 4/5 — Well built app *2025-11-30* Kudos to the entire team who developed this application. Very user friendly and easy to explore and get things done. Just an improvement part, when the file reaches the related official, he/she must put notes before an application is approved or rejected ( mainly for the reason for rejection) otherwise the main purpose of online compliant is defeated. We raise compliant after making few trips to the office and finally officials say that it’s not our issue and tell us to apply online so that the IT team shall take up the issue. Finally the compliant gets approved or rejected without knowing the reason for rejection. Then the same way we are forced to go to the office again to know the reason for rejection and further follow-ups leading to unsuccessful utilisation of online services Thanks ### 4/5 — Opinion on ksmart *2025-11-18* The existing data from Sanchaya Portal Service should have been uploaded in “ Ksmart”. This would have been much more easier to get the new system acquainted to public . Thanks & Regards, Hamzath Ali ### 2/5 — I can’t edit a license request after return of the file. *2025-08-07* 1️⃣ When an application is returned for citizen editing by the LSGD clerk, some of the fields specifically requested for correction are unavailable for editing even after re-opening the file. This blocks citizens from properly correcting their submissions. 2️⃣ The system currently does not allow the LSGD clerk to delete, cancel, or fully reject such applications after returning them if the citizen is unable to edit. As a result, the application remains in a locked “pending” status, and the associated door number/sub number is permanently reserved, preventing citizens from filing a fresh application for the same premises. Suggested improvements: ✅ When an application is returned, all fields should remain editable, especially those marked for correction by the official. ✅ If a file cannot be edited or resubmitted, LSGD officials should be given permissions to delete or reject the application so that the door number is freed for future applications. ✅ Alternatively, there should be an automated mechanism where if an application remains in “returned” status beyond a certain number of days, the system cancels it automatically. These features will greatly improve usability for both citizens and local body officials and help avoid frustrating deadlocks like the one I faced. ### 5/5 — Good *2025-04-26, version 1.1.31* Friendly and Very useful app Great ❤️ ### 1/5 — Suggests to improve *2025-04-24, version 1.1.31* system is terribly slow for making payment, need to improve everything making operations easy for public without held up in the quaue that good for nothing. ### 3/5 — Looks good but doesn’t work at the end *2025-04-24, version 1.1.31* You spend lot of time to fill the required informations and to reach the final step where you need to upload the supporting documents but there it failed, repeatedly failed ! Finally take pictures of the documents and upload it in another section where pictures to be uploaded. App Looks good but important documents cannot be uploaded. However, I am disappointed that there is currently no option to file a complaint against officers or workers who delay providing essential services. Recently, my permit approval was unnecessarily delayed, which caused me significant inconvenience. A complaint feature within the app to report such delays and hold responsible officers accountable would improve transparency and trust in the system. I request you to consider adding this feature in your next update so that citizens can raise concerns and get timely resolutions. I have submitted the entire documents for marriage certificate with an amount of 450 rupees they rejected it with an invalid or unknown reason. I am sure whoever is reviewing the application don’t know how to use this app. ### 1/5 — Worst app i ever used *2025-07-13* Most worst app used in my life. Does not allow to edit the uploaded Aadhaar card image and the person reciving the link request keeps rejecting my application saying Aadhaar is not attached. Why do they need Aadhaar copy when I am already validating with Aadhaar OTP?
