I tried to operate the KDP App from US and it’s not working.
I get notifications but it’s not opening.

בשביל הנחה של כמה שקלים אתם תהיו ללא שירות לקוחות.
ניסיתי דרך האתר והאפליקציה היה נוח יחסית לבין לבוא פיזית לסניף אבל אין אבא ואמא מאחורי קניה או שאלה או בקשה לא נותנים תשובות אלה כמו בוטים ״תשובות רובוטיות״ וללא מענה סביר, ניסיתי לבוא לסניף ונתקלתי בשירות הכי לקוי שקיבלתי בחיי
גם ה״קופונים״ שהם העניקו לי לא הצלחתי לממש אפילו מספר פעמים שונים שניסיתי
הטלגרם שלהם מפציץ בפרסומות כל כמה שעות הודעת פרסומת ואפילו הקופון הצטרפות לא היה ניתן לממשו. 
אני לא חוזר יותר למקום כזה ואתם תעשו את שיקולכם. !

By the time the CS team got back to me, after reaching out through every possible channel, it had been a week and I was they didn’t exist and had replaced the parts myself out of my own pocket.
