I have to delete and redownload the app at least monthly. ### 3/5 — Good content terrible pop up ads *2022-11-06, version 2.33* On each article it starts with some lamé gaming add music to go along with it. It’s annoying enough to only view select content. Articles are good with imbedded ads but the pop up ads in the beginning are just too much. ### 2/5 — Mainly my podcast repository *2021-08-16, version 2.30* The biggest flaw with this app is that it is designed for mobile phones of 10 years ago and has never been updated to match the iOS of today. The pop up ads are brutal. I’d love to pay a monthly subscription fee if the app had better mobile support. The one upside is the podcasts seem to be uploaded to the app faster than the Apple podcast app. ### 4/5 — What happened *2021-03-31, version 2.26* Love this app but now there is nothing on it. Getting ready to ditch because this is getting old and keep my money. But this app is horrendous. Too many ads. Poorly laid out. I hate that I can’t just pay a yearly fee to get rid of ads. $3 a month for no ads is ridiculous. And If I didn’t won’t to download it the first time, why would you annoy me by repeating it? I love Uk sports but I’m finding myself skipping this ap now. Please consider your approach to asking for our time. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Just awful *2022-01-26, version 2.30* And Tyty got hurt. ### 1/5 — Disappointing update *2021-12-09, version 2.30* Tapping on an article takes you to a page that asks if you’d be interested in some other links (one of which shows 2 men kissing). Now I don’t care what other men do. But why would I want to go to any other unrelated link when I was already obviously interested in a Ky sports feature? (The logic of this clearly escapes me) But my real complaint is that when you try returning to KSR, instead it takes you off the KSR site. Trying to get back to KSR becomes a frustrating cycle of back and forth. This is now one of the poorest designed apps that was once a routine go to. If it isn’t fixed soon, I’m reluctant, but I’ll probably just delete the app. ### 1/5 — Ads Are Ridiculous *2021-10-26, version 2.30* Boy oh boy…two or three ads to see any article. And half of the ads take over the full screen and will never give you a way to close them out. Would be nice if the new owners would make a halfway decent new app for the KSR content that isn’t spammed by random ads. ### 1/5 — Broken *2021-08-26, version 2.30* Too hard to leave a comment in articles anymore. You have to login every time and then the keyboard just randomly closes while I’m typing. Not to mention most of the regular commenters are usually out of touch old white dudes with a few just outright racists sprinkled in there. Not that that’s the ksr peoples fault though. ### 1/5 — Fix This problem *2020-09-16, version 2.26* The captcha steps won’t work on iOS apps. I keep having to scroll up and down and hoping it will read the fact I’ve hit the correct box. This app is a disaster. ### 1/5 — Turns off audio *2020-08-29, version 2.26* The app and KSRs websites ave something built into the background that turns off the audio playing on my phone when I try to read stories in my phone ### 1/5 — Tools *2020-08-07, version 2.25* Matt Jones is a tool. The writers think they are better than the average person. They are all sheep to Matt Jones and don’t know how form their own opinion. Tyler Thompson thinks she is better than every man because she’s a woman and a feminist. ### 1/5 — Ads? *2020-05-02, version 2.23* I’m a big fan of KSR so I hate to diss their app. However, anytime I click on an article an ad appears. That’s not the problem, the problem is the ad never goes away. I can’t see the content of the article. So, for me, the app only gets a 1 Star. Hopefully it’ll improve sooner than later so I can change the rating! ### 1/5 — Constantly Shutting Down *2020-03-12, version 2.23* The app is constantly shutting down and restarting. I used to listen to the podcasts but here lately I’ve been unable to because it’s constantly kicking me out. I try to open up articles and it crashes. I tried to delete and download again, same results. I tried to go through app support but it directs you to a website that wants you to buy downloads from the company. Im sure if Matt Jones knew about this problem he wouldn't be advertising so much for it. For those individuals that read this and work for the developers or KSR, please get someone to fix this app asap.
