Even worse, the app doesn’t go to an alternative payment screen and is stuck there. What kind of UAT was done if you couldn’t get these basic things right before launching? While we booking after select the source and destination then below days “shows same” after two days. Like, Now the day is TODAY, THU, “MON, MON, MON”. Sometimes after upi payment if ticket is not generated due to KSRTC technical issues then conductor will say he is helpless and need to pay by cash again to buy ticket.
