Very disappointing experience with KStyle OS. My Balancer watch does not stay connected unless I keep the app open. The moment I close the app, the watch disconnects immediately. This makes basic features like notifications and syncing almost unusable. An app for a smartwatch should run reliably in the background, not require constant manual intervention. Needs serious improvement.

I used the app normally before updating it, but now the program crashes immediately when I open the app and I can't use it at all!

This App worked great until they did an update about two weeks ago but now my Pura smartwatch will not track anything. I have reset, deleted, unpaired and nothing. I think its the APP. VERY disappointing and frustrating.😣

**Developer response:** Dear user, in order to save power, the automatic monitoring of health data is turned off by default. If you need to turn it on, you can go to the app settings page to enable it.

With it, I have developed a healthy lifestyle. I go to bed on time, drink water on time, exercise on time, check my health data last year, and my weight data of daily exercise. I can watch the alarm clock and answer the phone.
