KT 100번 고객센터나 대리점을 통해 서비스를 가입하신 고객은 AI통화비서 앱의 매장 설정을 통해 영업시간, 위치, 주차 문의와 같은 기본 문의와 예약, 주문과 같은 업종별 특화 문의를 AI가 자동 응대하도록 할 수 있어요. 더불어, 인사말 설정을 통해 통화연결과 동시에 실시간 매장 상황이나 프로모션 안내를 고객에게 자유롭게 전달할 수 있어요.

- 서비스 가입은 KT 공식 대리점이나 100번 고객센터를 통해 가입할 수 있어요.
- 매장에서 KT 전화를 사용하고 있는 모든 고객은 청약 가능!
- AI통화비서 앱을 설치할 무선번호 지정 필요!

[로그인]
- 유선번호와 매장명으로 기본 인증 후 6자리 비밀번호 설정
