녹화기에서 생성된 접속정보가 담긴 QR코드를 이용하여  원격으로 ISS클라이언트에 해당 녹화기를 등록할수있는 앱

- ISS의 Admin서비스에 접속가능한 계정으로 접속
- 등록했던 기기항목들을 히스토리로 확인 가능
- 히스토리 새로고침 및 삭제 가능
