어플 접속도 안되는거면 왜 운영하시는지
쿠폰 다운받은거 확인만 하려고하는데 접속 조차안되면 쓰지말라는건가요.?
메뉴 넘어가는데도 한세월이고 이렇게 느려터진 어플은 처음봐요

진짜 앱이 너무 느리고 오류도 너무 많네요.. 무슨 고객 보답 프로그램이라 해서 쿠폰 받았는데 쿠폰함에 들어와있지도 않고, 화면 다 깨져서 나오고.. 쓰지 말라는건지.. 이럴거면 왜 준다고 한건지.. 예전엔 이렇게 느리거나 하지 않았는데 최근새 무슨 일이 있었던 건가요? 앱 관리를 전혀 안 하는 느낌이네요.. 최근 정보 유출 사건도 그렇고 신뢰가 안 가는 기업이 되어가는 느낌입니다..

어플 실행하면 바코드 화면이 뜨는데 그 뒤에 아무런 아이콘이 터치가 안되네요..? 바코드 화면을 꺼야 메인 페이지로 넘어가서 구매든 예약이든 할텐데 앱 지우고 재설치하면 한두번 괜찮았다가 무한반복입니다. 개선해주세요

진심으로 이렇게 거지같은 앱은 처음본다. 서버가 개같이 느린데 선착 이벤트 해서 사람 야마돌게 만들고. 평소에 들어가려해도 오류가 뜨고 다시 앱 재실행 해서 들어가야하고. 돈독은 올라서 팔고싶은건 많은지 물건이나 팔고있고. 뭐 잘못 클릭하면 뒤로 가기도 없는 거지같은 사이트를 구현해놔서 앱 또 재실행. 혈압올라 번호이동 하라고 제사지내나? 개발자 타사 스파이가 아닐까?라고 의심되는 정도의 세상에서 가장 쓰레기같은 앱이다. 내 생각에 이 앱은 평생 거지같을꺼다. 케이티는 사람들이 멤버쉽 쓰는걸 막기위해 이 앱을 만들었다. 서버 늘려라 진짜. 깜냥도 안되면서 선착순 이 지랄떨지말아라.

와이파이환경에서든 5G환경에서든 어플 접속 메뉴 하나하나 들어가는게 넘 느려요
2G폰으로 인터넷 쓰는 느낌입니다. 마이KT 어플도 그렇구요. 속터집니다 재폰은 아이폰14입니다 다른어플 쓰는덴 전혀 문제없어요.
