App will not update song history even with delete app and reload app

Very best app! There has been one problem, though, when I try to submit song request on the app, and online, the form does not work real well, and it will not let me submit song request at all. Could you please fix this technical glitch from now on, not only for me, but for everyone? Also, Please send all push notifications! Would really appreciate it! Thanks so much
