They will have to put some time and effort into testing the apps as things seem to break quite often. Lack of access to the user manual on the app is one of the few issues i am facing right now. Going paperless is alright, at least make sure the electronic channels work right !! ### 2/5 — Major Issues *2025-10-06* The App is not opening at all, it keeps crashing every time I try to open it, this issue has been there since I did the latest update. This is really poor service from KTM/Bajaj. A few days back I wanted to access the orange assist, as I was not able to start my bike (390 Adv) as it suddenly turned off in the middle of the road, I tied accessing the app it told me to update, I did and now it won’t open at all, pathetic. Luckily I was able to get it started after 20mins and went straight to the service station. Though orange assist is a great service, what is the point of it when you are not able to use it in times of need. I was not going to write this review, as I have experienced that KTM are very thick skilled and no amount of feedback seems to do any good, but thought that I would go ahead anyways, so that it might be of some potential use to fellow riders. ### 1/5 — Feedback Regarding Service Booking Experience *2025-07-26* Feedback Regarding Service Booking Experience I had scheduled a service appointment for my KTM ADV 390 through the KTM India app, at KTM SHISA MANJALPUR VADODARA selecting the available time slot of 1:00 PM (13:00 hrs). I arrived punctually at 12:58 PM, but was refused service as I was informed that the workshop staff were on their lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This was extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially since the 13:00–14:00 slot was available for booking on your app. If no service can be provided during that time due to lunch breaks, that time slot should not be offered as an option in the booking system. I request KTM India to please look into this matter seriously and take corrective action by removing or disabling the 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM slot to avoid such inconvenience to other customers in the future. This experience did not meet the standards I expect from a premium brand like KTM. Thank you. ### 5/5 — Not able to select date in iOS *2025-04-29* On iphone i am not able to select date whenever i choose date it only shows confirm and cancel option there’s no calendar popping up and user is not able to choose either day month year nothing…. Not able to proceed to next step due to this bug!!!! ### 1/5 — Nasty service By front off staff and technicians can’t do good service. *2025-02-27* I went to service centre in Nellore twice previously. Manager behaviour very very bad. All kind of instructions give to the junior level staff by manager. 1.There is no fan or air conditioner in side office area. We are asking to staff regarding normal maintenance office requirements those replied to me sir we don’t about this issue .we are follow manager orders thats it. 2.There is no proper drinking water also. After i met to manager ask about issues. Manger simply tried to skip the topic. This is not only first time i saw previous visits. 3. Bill payment issue > always we struggle for billing payment > there is no swiping option, no upi payment , Always those are only asking cash payment only. Every we struggle payment. 4. Bill also cant given to me at the time payment. We asking about the those are replayed to me bill will you get through WhatsApp tomorrow . Cant provide hard copy bill at the time of bill payment. 5. Technical service worst service for second service. Bike automatically suddenly stopped while driving, there is no proper pickup and sound also and can’t fill engine oil properly. [Conclusion]> finally we decided very very nasty service on internal staff external staff. based on my own experience infront of my eyes. ### 1/5 — After second service facing issues on the fuel ignition on the display which is really inconvenient *2025-01-29* Im a owner of KTM 390 ADV 2024 model, after the second service of my bike authorised service centre from Hyderabad I have been facing continuous issues with the fuel ignition warning on the display and self start malfunction. This is highly unexpected especially after a scheduled service within a week. Such issues raise concerns about the service networks efficiency and technicians expertise in handling KTM motorcycles. As an owner it is disappointing to experience such problems Post service. ### 3/5 — Service date issue *2024-10-15* I do my KTM 2nd service on 29th August 2024 for the 3rd service it’s shows 29th jan 2025 on KTM India application after few days I do my KTM application updation on app stores now it shows that 20th November 2024 is the 3rd free service date I don’t know how it could be changed and there is only two months difference for 2nd and 3rd service please do necessary and update the app properly we are facing several issues like that. ### 3/5 — Service not updated/synced. *2024-07-03* 1st service was correctly updated and showed me the due date for 2nd service. After 2nd service it never got updated. Now it doesn’t show me 3rd service due instead it shows me 2nd service is over due. I raised complaints before for this issue. They said it’s fixed but it’s still the same. They just updated the invoices but the service reminder still doesn’t work. Even today it shows 2nd service is overdue and asks me to book a slot. Please fix this issue. Regards, Vimal ### 5/5 — Unable to track service, user manual does not work. *2024-05-03* Firstly the the service e tracking is not working in the app, which needs to be fixed as we will know the status of our vehicle. User manual is not opening in the app. The saved documents in the profile are getting removed automatically. The app crashes when trying to book a service. The developers must keep an eye on the app, there are no bug fixes, updates or any thing from KTM India.. Kindly fix all these issues ASAP.. ### 1/5 — Taking forever to update in app. *2023-10-16* I have no idea why this app is making my life so miserable. The app is fully updated from app store but then when I open the app. It’s still updating and get slower by the minute. 52% for 45 mins. Is that a joke? I had to keep my screen always on because it would if the phone sleeps. It start from 0 again. Please get this sorted. So many options just don’t work. My months old active service booking can’t be cancelled because the submit button doesn't work. Trying to register a complaint but options don’t show up.
