The boarding time line airport ### 1/5 — Cashing out money *2025-01-21, version 1.7.1* Added money to buy RM170 tickets, however bcs of some changes I changed it to a cheaper ticket that only costed RM60. Now the balance RM110 is left on the wallet without able to cash it out. Im a student and in need to use the money for food expenses and now it burned just like that. who in their right mind even think of this system. It's 2025 and you can't even make an user friendly apps. hopefully there's an update soon. You're burdening the user instead of offering a good service. ### 1/5 — Poor system *2024-12-12, version 1.7.0* The KTM QR scanning system is absolutely terrible. I hadn’t even arrived at my destination yet, but when I tried to re-enter the gate, it wouldn’t let me through. The system doesn’t seem to account for situations where passengers need to re-enter due to unforeseen circumstances, leaving me stuck and wasting valuable time. This shows how poorly managed and inflexible the system is. Such issues shouldn’t happen with modern public transport systems, and it’s frustrating for commuters who rely on KTM daily. First, I couldn’t log in with my email because I had forgotten my password. When I tried to reset it, the app said my email account was incomplete and asked me to sign in with Google to complete the setup. So, I tried signing in with Google, only to be told that my ID already exists! It feels like I’m stuck in an endless loop with no way to access my account. Then I tried to sign up again, it says the passport has been used already. No solution to this matter at all. It was easy for me to understand what to do next until I made the payment via debit card. When I view the ticket it looks professional and safe. I suggest to add a linked bank payment so it’ll be more payment friendly. This is so disappointing, kindly improvised, thanks. ### 4/5 — Needs some slight improvements but would recommend it *2024-10-08, version 1.7.0* As a foreigner, I think this app works just fine as it is, but a schedule would be super handy. Often times just planning the routes and looking up times for the trains is what is required and therefore a simple schedule when putting in a route would be super nice. There are also some minor overlay issues on iPhone (XR) where for example the price when purchasing 2 tickets and once partly overlaps making it hard to read, but this is really no be neglected imo. Buying tickets and using the qr- codes works perfectly fine for me. Also implementing grab-pay would be a huge plus because, as far as I know, it’s the only qr-payment method foreigners can use.
