Das stört wirklich sehr, da das Handy im Hochformat mittig das TFT verdeckt. Zudem beendet sich die Navigation immer wieder mach 60 mim, so dass die komplette routenführung neugestartet werden muss. A significant suggestion from my side is that when the KTM Connect app is connected, instead of just displaying the number on the bike's screen during an incoming call, the names saved in the phone should be displayed. Specially i like the navigation, is pretty useful from time to time. I barely use it tho since i have a quadlock and i'm all set but still... 🥲 a 1.7 rating is a bit too low for KTM. So the latest model dirt bikes don’t matter? Is that what you’re telling me KTM product management and app engineers? I just want my manuals in one place. ### 1/5 — New update. KTM customer service states it is a phone issue, but that seems inaccurate, as it is an issue with any phone. The reality is that not all of the advertised features exist and it is a shame to have paid for features that are not actually existing. ### 1/5 — Unsupported *2025-09-01, version 3.6.4* If you have an EXC older than 2026 it’s unsupported by this app guess they don’t care about you after the initial sale ### 1/5 — Can’t Connect to Motorcycle *2025-08-19, version 3.6.3* Even after this latest update I still can’t connect the app to a 2025 KTM 390 SMC R. At least now the app shows a name for pairing, but it will not pair. I tried about 8-10 times. Originally the phone tooks three attempts to pair, but it did. The app would even bring up a prompt to pair but this last updated does attempt to pair but always fails. Seitdem habe ich es täglich meistens mehrfach versucht, dass Motorrad zu verbinden, bisher hat es in der gesamten Zeit einmal funktioniert und das auch nur kurz. Routenplanung ist in Ordnung, auch wenn es nervig ist bestimmte Zwischenpunkte einzugeben, da die Karte von alleine wieder vollständig rauszoomt. Das ist aber Geschmackssache, ob das gut oder schlecht ist. Insgesamt kann ich die App allen empfehlen die verzweifeln wollen, wenn sie eine Tour geplant haben und diese dann nicht fahren können, da es nicht auf dem Display angezeigt werden kann. ### 1/5 — Nav doesn’t work *2026-05-31, version 4.0.0* Navigation no longer works. GPX import works great - can’t wait for off-road import. Interface is very clean for saving and loading routes. It was very basic with no updated landmarks and location and use to deplete battery quickly and make my phone really hot but now the map is seemless and really good. No more battery depletion. No really…. *2024-05-18, version 3.1.1* I read all the really poor reviews on this app and was really disappointed after spending so much on a SDR Evo. I’ve just come back from a 2000 mile ride in Spain with my great friend on his Ducati V4. selecting no motorways and twisty roads found some of the best roads I’ve ever ridden in my entire life (I’m 61 biking for 40 years) and that is no kidding for some reason Spain only has a few cars and lorries the roads are empty apart from a few cyclists and not a pothole in sight 100 mile an hour sweeping Road just blew me away. I even managed to get the navigation directions on the bike screen which the dealer couldn’t do for me.
