User's location is used to show the user's route from their current location till the distributor's showroom location. Since KTP mobile app user's would be interested to buy the items then they have to visit any one of their distributor's showroom. Once user clicks on distributor's location then it will show the route from their location till distributor's location. 

Hope we have explained the exact reason why KTP app is using user's location.

We have added new screen called Maintenance Request screen, through which customer can place maintenance request to send technician.
