I get logged out constantly. I have problems with logging in. I have problems with topping up. How many problems can one app have?

Wollte etwas DinA4 ausdrucken, kam A3 heraus. Hat 4 Euro gekostet. Wurde NICHT angezeigt. Lächerlich. Weder preis noch Größe.

Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich gut - wenn ich allerdings den QR Code Scanner benutze, wird die Nutzung der Kamera in anderen Apps solange blockiert bis ich mein Handy neu starte. Das hält dann an bis ich die App erneut benutze.

Nur um ein paar Seite auszudrucken braucht man viele Formular auszufüllen. Die App ist zu umständlich, schlecht designed und will auch extra Kosten beim Aufladen. Absolute Frechheit.

Wollte ein Dokument ausdrucken….
- In der App registriert
- 1€ aufgeladen, 1,5€ wurde mir bei Apple Pay abgezogen
- habe das Dokument zwei mal versucht zu drucken. Beide Male brach der Drucker selbst nach 10Minuten ab

Fazit: über eine Stunde meiner Zeit verloren und 1.5€. Kein Dokument.
Früher war es immer problemlos möglich in der Universität ohne App ohne Internet Dinge zu drucken. Jetzt gehe ich, wie viele andere, zum copy Shop
nebenan. Schade…

Wir bieten ein einfaches und schnelles Zahlungssystem für Drucker.  Wann immer ein Auftrag schief geht, wird das Geld automatisch auf Ihr KUARIO-Konto zurücküberwiesen.  Sie sollten dieses Geld nicht verlieren und es sollte auch keine 10 Minuten dauern.  Vielleicht stimmt etwas mit der lokalen Installation an Ihrer Universität nicht.  Wenn Sie uns mitteilen, um welche Universität es sich handelt, können wir den lokalen Druckerbetreiber kontaktieren und sehen, ob das gemeldete Problem behoben werden kann.  Danke Team KUARIO
