If you don’t want to become their next victim, avoid it. Scam 1: I deposited 100,000 USD to an official kucoin deposit address, and the deposit was never credited. I reached out to support and they pretended they never received it and tried to pretend the address was not theirs, even though it quite clearly was. Scam 2: I invested 250,000 USD in a coin that turned out to be a complete scam. Down 98% in less than a week. I reach out to customer service to at very least warn them and get the coin delisted. They told me to mind my own business. Well, when I just lost very close to 250,000 USD it is my business. Long story short, it turns out Kucoin will list any coin, even coins they know are scams because they just want to make the fees they charge to list a coin. Stupid app overall ### 1/5 — Worst customer support *2025-10-24* I have been worked as a merchant in Binance they claimed and supported all orders and appealed within 8 hours while I was just starting to use KuCoin as a merchant worst scene experienced it’s almost now 3-4 months of me to approaching and telling to them there was 3 pending orders and all clear now but still my account is freezed without doing nothing just opening merchant profile there but there is no pending issue now but still my account is freezes I am unable to withdraw or trade on exchange customer support is asking me to get ticket reply on mail mailed them even my ITR but how dumb they’re they didn’t replying nor u freezes my account shame on KuCoin exchange treat me better or I will rate you 1 star with 300 mails and you will loose your rating ! **Developer response:** We’re very sorry for the distress this caused.
