The technology is great but the support staff just read from scripts line robots. They do not try to understand or really help you.

Hi Kuda, using the Kuda business as a freelancer. Whenever there is a deposit to my account. I neither get an email notification or push notification about it. I need to always open up the app and check the balance manually.

The app no longer allows one to copy and paste amount. Moreover, the app crashes after you initiate a transaction. I’d have to restart the app again to initiate another transfer. This is so inconvenient and terrible.
