I’ve been out of the country for a couple of months and, for some reason, I’m unable to use the in-app customer service chat. When I finally managed to get through, I was left waiting on hold for so long that I genuinely believe the customer service team simply closed without resolving my issue. I have several queries that need to be addressed, yet not a single one has been resolved. It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you’re relying on your bank while abroad. The customer service is incredibly poor, communication is practically non-existent, and getting help when you actually need it feels impossible. Very disappointing experience.
