I add extra 5dollar to my card and I tried withdrawing 9$ out of it 
I was debited from the card but not credited on my main account balance neither was it reversed to the card!
Bad customer service 
I regret using the app!

$10 they charged N8,500. Tried to use the usd card on my Facebook ads. They declined of cos. 
So I tried to get out my money but I could only get back N6,700.  That’s my review after using the app. I will not delete the app. I’ll go back to my uba prepaid just that you have to go out and buy dollar n take to the bank. But it works.

**Developer response:** we only issue dollar cards! not naira cards! your facebook ads account charges is in Naira not dollar thank you .

Compared to other competitors I don’t see any difference. Your rate is too expensive firstly. First funding fee is $3. Initial deposit you’ll pay $7 . Withdrawal you’ll have to pay $2 per withdraw. To create a dollar card you have to buy from $10 upwards if not you can’t create. Lols. You guys are not ready yet. Come back next time and work on your rate
