## What is Kuendigly?

Need to cancel a contract in Germany — a flat lease, a mobile plan, a gym membership or a job? Kuendigly writes a formal German cancellation letter (Kündigung) for you, laid out as a proper A4 business letter.

Pick a template, fill in sender, recipient and contract details, and tap Make Letter PDF. The German wording is already written for you.

• FIVE TEMPLATES — apartment / lease, mobile contract, gym membership, employment, and general / other, each with its own German subject line.
• STANDARD GERMAN WORDING — "hiermit kündige ich … fristgerecht zum nächstmöglichen Termin" plus a request to confirm the cancellation and end date in writing. Add your contract number and an optional reason.
• DIN 5008–STYLE A4 LAYOUT — sender line above the address window, recipient in the window area for a window envelope, place and date, bold subject line, and fold and hole-punch marks.
• YOUR DETAILS — sender, recipient (name or company), contract number, place, date and the name under the signature.
• PRINT, SAVE, SHARE OR COPY — print with AirPrint, save the PDF to Files, share it, or copy the text into an email or contact form.

Honest scope: the letter itself is always in German, whatever language your iPhone uses. It cancels "at the next possible date" — there is no option for a specific end date, termination without notice or a special termination right. These are templates, not legal advice: check your notice period and the correct address yourself. Where a hand-signed letter is required (for example for a lease or a job), print it and sign it.

The letter is made on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed.
