I originally contacted them to complain about my order being late, some of the food being cold and dry, and one of the burgers being the incorrect one. I have had to chase this complaint 4 times, to which they have brushed me off every time stating that they are looking into it, with no more detail than that. It’s been 17 days since my original complaint and this complaint is no further on than my first email to them. UberEats and Deliveroo are actually proactive when receiving communication from their customers, and are transparent and show care in their practices, whereas Kuick couldn’t be more opposite. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
