I hope to see improvements in the UI. For example, the search function should work regardless of language, and every thumbnail should include a language icon. When the phone is locked, please add a feature to go forward or backwards by 10 seconds. In each audiobook, the total duration should be mentioned. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Trying to log in is like trying to solve a riddle while blindfolded. I enter my correct email and password, and it just laughs in my face with “Invalid Credentials” or spins forever. The password reset? A complete joke. The email never arrives, or it sends me a link that expires before the page even loads. It’s a digital brick wall. But the absolute CRIMINAL part? IT EATS YOUR MONEY. I was charged for a subscription I couldn’t even use because I COULDN’T LOG IN TO MY OWN ACCOUNT to cancel it or access what I paid for. They happily took the money from my account while their broken login portal held my property hostage. When I finally found a way to contact support (which is hidden like a state secret), the response was an insult. Automated replies that had nothing to do with my problem. Then, after days of waiting, a human responded with a copied-and-pasted paragraph blaming my browser, my internet, my device—anything but their disgraceful, malfunctioning system. They showed zero urgency about the money they stole. Zero accountability. Just a robotic “we are sorry for the inconvenience” while they pocket your cash. This isn’t a service. It’s a scam. It’s a black hole for your money and your patience. They have built a system designed to fail and then ignore you when it does. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Save your money, save your sanity, and go literally anywhere else. Every time I open the app. It force me to buy three months subscription, even though I wanted to purchase the one year plan or explore more, since there was no alternative available, I reverently bought three months subscription at higher price later, I tried upgrading to the yearly plan, but there was no option to do so. I even cancelled my subscription, hoping to purchase the 1-year plan, but the app still only show the three month option. An auto-payment was deducted from my account without my knowledge. I had already cancelled the auto-payment mandate, yet the company still managed to charge my account. What is even more concerning is that I only discovered this recently while checking my account, even though the subscription dates back to 2025. I was not aware that auto-renewal was enabled, and I never knowingly authorized these recurring deductions. After investigating, I found that there is currently no active subscription visible in my account, which makes the charge even more confusing and frustrating. I believe customers should be clearly informed before any renewal charges are processed. Charging customers without proper notification and without a visible active subscription raises serious concerns about transparency and billing practices. They keep charging users without clear consent, and although they mention a 3-day refund policy, the real issue starts when you try to claim it. For the entire 3-day period, you mostly receive automated bot replies instead of proper human support. Once the refund window passes, they deny the refund saying the timeline has expired even though the request was raised within time. I had already shared all required details including transaction proof, registered email, and contact information, but still kept receiving repetitive bot responses. Very disappointing customer support experience.
