It has a user-friendly design and intuitive flow, almost similar to YouTube, which makes working out even easier. The video and audio quality is fantastic! There is room to leave comments and I love that they always reply, which helps build community. Best of all, you can see the type and time for each workout so you can access what you seek easily and get started quickly.
