I rechecked my number multiple times, I uninstalled and installed multiple times but it’s not working. Please help. Update - I installed again but the get started tab is not clickable at all ### 2/5 — Unable to see products *2026-04-04, version 6.0.3* Am I only one who can’t see the product pictures in your app or is this any glitch issues with your app? I have already downloaded this app multiple times. Still facing the same issues. ### 2/5 — Very limited range of products and are expensive here than other apps *2026-03-03, version 6.0.3* 70%- 80% of the korean products are either out of stock or missing. I have been trying to order a few korean skincare products since last 6 months, it always show out of stock. Plus they have very limited discounts and prices of products are usually higher in this app than other beauty apps. Hardly provide any coupon discounts. The order delivers in such a sturdy packaging. i love it. The products they offer and the offers they give and the experience within the app is tremendous. Just a con that the products get out of stock so fast. you have to grab the offer very fast and keep checking if product comes back in stock. All in all, i wish this app never discontinues and keep giving offers to us who now think luxury is not luxury for us. we can buy them too at such great offers. Kudos to the team ⭐️. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Free gift options ? *2025-11-23, version 5.3.12* Earlier the app used to advertise a “ choose freebies “ option and they literally spammed me everywhere with it. And now when I’m actually ordering things , that option is missing? Also I had placed an order around 4-5 days back it still isn't here. Every day the app is showing one more day delay. Thai is ridiculous. What kind of fraud service are you running ? ### 1/5 — Fake products and bad customer service *2025-10-28, version 5.3.10* I ordered a smashbox primer from them and when I opened the product, water was coming out and it was not of good quality and very thin texture different from original and it gave me allergies and now when I am trying to reach out their support via email, calls or instagram, they are not reverting. Highly disappointed!!! ### 1/5 — Customer service *2025-10-08, version 5.3.7* I have had such bad experience with the company not once but twice I had placed an order for an eyebrow cream which was delivered to me with a defect I wanted to get the product replaced, the team didn’t once ask me about it and sent me the money back and told me to place an order when the product is available next The next time the product was available on the website i placed an order FOR A HIGHER PRICE than last time. The team calls me up after 7 days of placing the order only to tell me the product is out of stock I’m so disappointed. ### 1/5 — Most horrible *2025-05-15, version 5.0.2* This is the most horrible app. I have ever downloaded. They do not have cash on delivery option and they do not deliver the products by the time they promised to deliver and they do not answer the call with the number provided in the app. It shows we are facing heavy surge with the calls they did not respond to anything. I would never download this app. And it is the most genuine review. ### 1/5 — THEY’RE FRAUD! BEWARE. *2025-05-08, version 5.0.2* They used to be genuine a year ago but now they’re frauds. They will take your money and won’t ship your products. They don’t have a customer care to pick up your calls, emails are very slow and just tell you that you’ll receive your order. Their Instagram comments are disabled. They also haven’t paid a lot of attention to brands and influencers. ### 1/5 — Mostly fake products *2025-04-22, version 5.0.1* I still remember ordering MAC highlighter with them, and crossverified. Product that was delivered was a dupe not original. I reached out to customer care that was only available on mails and they did not accepted any refund or replacement. Most of their high end products were replicas of orignal ones. Will not recommend. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2024-09-07, version 4.2.3* I was doing a project for the app and never got paid, while others never got their orders. Avoid using Kult. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2024-09-02, version 4.2.3* It is fraud company. They take orders then don’t deliver and don’t even refund the money. I placed my in July and they did not deliver it saying they are facing some technical issues. After waiting for so long I asked for the refund on 06th Aug 2024. They said they will refund in 5-7 working days but it’s 02nd sept now I have received my refund. Please don’t order from this app. It is a fraud. I know lot of people whose refunds and orders are stuck. Before ordering kindly check their reviews and blunders on Reddit. Now they have disabled their comments on Insta as well. ### 1/5 — Terrible terrible app *2024-08-19, version 4.2.3* First of all they don’t offer COD payment method at all , which is stupid right ?? Nonetheless , I ordered on 11 August 2024 ,and my order was supposed to be shipped in 2 days it’s been almost 9 days , no tracking updates , nothing has been shipped since then , how bad , contacted their contact support their team says , it’ll take more 15 days to dispatch and more 15-20 days to get delivered. It means more than 45 days more they are already asking to deliver a order , also they charged complete amount in advance . Highly highly disappointing and pathetic app . ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2024-07-26, version 4.2.1* So I wanna start with how they just announce a sale, a person orders products and then it gets cancelled coz their delivery partner says they could not reach me. Now their sale is off and I feel I could’ve ordered from other well known brands. Don’t blame them. My fault only :) I contacted their executives and they ensured that they will update the wrong number in their system and inform their Delhivery partner and after a week I come to know that my order has been cancelled.
