### 5/5 — Love the new update with the new features

*2024-07-22*

We’ve been using the app when it first came out to find sensory friendly locations. This new update is amazing. My son accidentally forgot his talker and we used the type to speak feature. My son loved that he could still communicate with us and not get frustrated.

### 5/5 — Fantastic resource for the autistic community

*2018-04-17*

For those of us who have autistic children, we as a family miss out on many things due to sensory issues our loved once experience. KultureCity has created a wonderful app that shows us locations of sensory friendly places for our children as well as chat with other families. We’ve used the app numerous times, it’s very user friendly, and we plan to utilize it daily, especially with the children being out of school for the summer. This is going to be a tremendous help to my family and to the autism community! Thank you KultureCity for all you do!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2025-12-30, version 6.1.5*

It does not work just shows a blue screen and logo

### 1/5 — Never Loaded

*2025-03-29, version 6.1.1*

0/10 never loaded the entire time I was traveling, “internal server error” prevented me from using anything but the visual cues and feeling thermometer. I had plenty of service but venue pages never loaded and I couldn’t sign up for an account

### 1/5 — Loki flaw

*2024-08-15, version 6.0.3*

It impossible to set up the ‘select a voice’ on the first step of Kiki as it lands off screen and pulling it up doesn’t allow you to select it…

### 1/5 — Useless for me as an English speaker.

*2024-07-07, version 5.0.2*

I only speak English and a little German but this app only installs in arabic?! The icon is in English but the app is in arabic. So there isn’t even a way to choose a language. 🤷‍♂️

Very weird. KultureCity is a very cool company.

### 2/5 — Can’t even open the app

*2025-04-29, version 6.1.2*

I want to give this app a chance, but it doesn’t even open, just shows the logo screen. Tge concept seems cool but I have yet to manage to try it

### 2/5 — Good app

*2024-07-26*

Very nice app and very easy to access, not traffic jams ✅✅✅

### 3/5 — More locations please!

*2019-03-29, version 2.0.0*

While the idea is fantastic there are no locations remotely close to us, so it’s useless for our family. Hopefully you will have more locations in the future! Thanks!

### 3/5 — Great Idea, Notifications Nightmare

*2018-12-06*

I want to love this app but there seems to be no way to completely turn off notifications. And, every time you click on a location to learn more, it automatically subscribes you to notifications for that location and a pop up appears (and never goes away until you x-out) to tell you to turn on notifications in phone settings.

I hope to be able to update this review and change the rating with the next app update!

### 4/5 — Amazing

*2018-04-18, version 1.0.2*

I have a 7year Old Autistic son and a teenager who has issues with anxiety whenever in large crowds & constant noise. With this App I am able to locate Quiet Zones whenever they need a few minutes to take a breather! I hope that more places can be added! Love it!

### 4/5 — Amazing app

*2018-04-16, version 1.0.2*

So amazing you have put together an app to support autistic kids. Love it!

### 5/5 — Amazing resources!

*2024-07-28, version 6.0.0*

This app is an amazing resource to families with loved ones who need sensory-friendly attractions. The new feature of it talking for the individual who inputs information is wonderful, too!

### 5/5 — An invaluable and FREE tool for those with invisible disabilities

*2024-07-27*

To say KultureCity with Koji is one of the greatest innovations would be cutting the potency of such an app and tool short. It is far more personal and profound than that. As a neurodivergent female who works and has worked with many nonspeaking kids and adults—some who could afford a communication app or speech generating device and some who could not—the Koji tool doesn’t require any sort of prerequisite to access and offers a voice for those who need and want it. The AI generative feature is incredible and sets you up for conversation right away—right away. No other communication tool out there does that. None. I cannot wait to see what else KultureCity has in store in the realm of inclusion and access and support for those of us with invisible disabilities. Everyone should download this app and spread the word.

### 5/5 — Great resource!

*2024-07-27*

This app is a live-saving resource for families with autistic children! It’s great for finding sensory friendly areas. It even has a function that allows the user to type something and the app with read it aloud.

### 5/5 — Love It

*2024-07-27*

Love this app! First off it’s free! That’s a big plus because being a mom of an autistic child isn’t cheap.
Love that it gives all the sensory friendly place near us and beyond. Tells you where to get sensory bags to use.
Now it has the talking app on it. And it’s free! Omg that’s unheard of. Kultercity is amazing in so many ways thank you.

### 5/5 — What a wonderful app

*2024-07-26*

### 5/5 — Kulture City

*2024-07-26, version 6.0.0*

### 5/5 — Kulturecity App

*2024-07-24*

I just downloaded the app and have no issues with it so far. I find something interesting every time I search. If your going on vacation to an unfamiliar place and need to find the perfect place for your entire family including a child with Autism that might need a quiet place to unwind. There is also a function Voice to text that works great. I will update my review as I learn more about the application.

### 5/5 — Awesome.

*2024-07-24*

It’s so hard to find a good app that’s free or low price that so helpful to us parents with special needs kids. I use this to find safe places we can go and my son even uses it to help communicate with me. It’s was much needed. KC has already done so much for us, this is such an amazing app.
