I placed an order at 12:50PM and the restaurant confirmed that the order is ready for pickup at 1PM. However, more than an hour has passed and no one has picked up the order. In the app, it showed that the order was not ready. Blatant lie. We raised the issue to customer service and they responded “On the way” and no response since then. They won’t pick the call either. If they do not refund, this is downright scam and we are not the type who let these slide regardless of the amount. ### 1/5 — Completely Unreliable *2025-02-08* Do not use this app to order food, the delay in delivery is unacceptable and customer service is of no help. Other popular apps have started delivering in most of KK now use that instead. ### 1/5 — Don’t Order *2024-12-24* Don’t order through this app. If we order food and even after delivery guy picked up food, we can walk to the restaurant buy food and come back to house and still the delivery guy won’t show up. If we call to complaint number then the delivery guy will call us back and say they have assigned him multiple orders.
