The delivery partner network is next to none existent. I placed an order at 12:50PM and the restaurant confirmed that the order is ready for pickup at 1PM. However, more than an hour has passed and no one has picked up the order.

In the app, it showed that the order was not ready. Blatant lie.

We raised the issue to customer service and they responded “On the way” and no response since then. They won’t pick the call either.

If they do not refund, this is downright scam and we are not the type who let these slide regardless of the amount.

Do not use this app to order food, the delay in delivery is unacceptable and customer service is of no help. Their phone number doesn’t work and their support via whatsapp doesn’t respond even after they see your message.

Everytime I re install this app after months to check if they’ve changed, they somehow break expectations and are even worse than before. Other popular apps have started delivering in most of KK now use that instead.

Don’t order through this app. If we order food and even after delivery guy picked up food, we can walk to the restaurant buy food and come back to house and still the delivery guy won’t show up. If we call to complaint number then the delivery guy will call us back and say they have assigned him multiple orders. Worst app and worst logic.

Delivery romba mosam.  Paid delivery na product pick up pannitu vera delivery poranga. Even Marthandam la irunthu order panunalum 1 hr mela aguthu delivery panna.  5 times mela face panniten.I don’t recommend Kumari Foodie

Hi 
Am a new user of your app. I was trying to schedule  food delivery beforehand but the app wasn’t letting me to add items to cart

Please enable add item to cart option even though the shop is closed

And please save the location we choose at the start of the app 

Everytime choosing the location is kinda annoying

Got good experience while using this app There is lot of bugs in the app One of the bug was full menu of the particular hotel is not listed ,so i call customer service and report the problem. They fixed the problem within minutes So customer service sold 5/5. Hope they fix other bugs including logging problem on the app soon.
