They are very find of making apps for everything but have zero IQ to make it functional. Numerous complaints written, no response. That’s their customer service!! ### 2/5 — Zone *2025-12-03, version 1.4.8* The app did not show me the zone that i am really in instead they give me the one that more than 5km away from my current location where my location literally also have this service. For example it showed 20 minutes one time, and the driver showed up in 8 minutes and started scolding us?? Genuinely how are we supposed to know? No pop up from the app either, are the drivers not updating their destination? or is this your app issue? Now it is no more operating in that area. Which is such a shame because many students used to rely on this service to go to uni. I would like to suggest the reopening of this area. After I top up rm10 on the app because want to use the voucher of first rider 50% off capped at rm2, but there is no option to make payment via kum wallet, I even ask the driver he only suggest use E-wallet . Will change rating after this feature is available ### 1/5 — Update ur application *2025-09-10, version 1.3.27* Please improve your app navigator for driver. The driver keep drive the same area for 30min. How about others waiting for 1 hour? If the app already fix the time means don’t make driver go to other destination like two three times. For example, Driver just drop passenger at A point and go to B point, then driver have to go back for A point. How about the passenger are going C point? Please update your app and add more driver especially at Putra Height to Rimbayu. Thank you and it’s not driver fault, hopefully get reply for this message. Booking more than one hour earlier also can get delayed. Return to same pick up point after half an hour to pick up second batch passengers. No point to book early and be ready to delay every ride. 6am start to get vehicle booking until 8am only arrive. Very hard and cannot get booking at peak hours. ### 1/5 — Incompetent Driver *2025-07-17, version 1.3.25* please do inform if our stop is out of “peak hour” area, my eta from 50+ mins, from erl salak tinggi to taman dahlia sepang, and then i waited along the journey, i check eta again after some time, already become 30mins and another 4 stops, and when i checked again few minutes after that my ETA became 44 MINIUTES BACK AND GUESS WHAT the van goes back to ERL SALAK TINGGI TO PICKUP MORE PASSENGERS, and REPEAT THE SAME ROUTE THAT I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH basically this is the SECOND ROUND. what is your plan? i have to sit in the van, ROUND N ROUND IN THE “PEAR HOUR AREA” till im your very last customer and no other in the area, then you will go to taman dahlia? YOU JUST WASTED A GREAT 1HOUR OF MY TIME JUST SITTING AND GET NOTHING. I am the one who step out of the van, and ask this EXACT driver NO PLATE (RAPID214) “after this you will go to taman dahlia, or you will pusing ii again” then he said “oh lemme check the route” tf pretending that you’re innocent suddenly? eventhough i knew that you knew i had to stop at Taman Dahlia and it will sure take MUCH of time to arrive there.
