But come to realized that this app is just hungry of money! They dont care about their VIPS/GTS, instead they just keep taking all their moneys w/out anything in return. Campaigns becoming poor and poor,only few now and not worth it even the prizes are delayed(as usual). They put this game to encourage VIPs to spend more money where streamers and ordinary people who wants to earn are being left behind thats why they’re leaving. VIP’s are more focus now on games and what we get in return? Nothing! Were just wasting money(like me No Winnings on games ) never had the chance to win! This crazy games just keep eating my money! S*cks! If you guys are looking for streaming app better not go on this! If you have the money and try to become a gifter/sponsors find another app! However, upon attempting to download it for the first time, I encountered a recurring issue where it repeatedly claimed my connection was low, despite it being completely fine. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but I continued to encounter the same problem each time I attempted to sign up. Could this be addressed, please? Thank you for your attention to this matter. ### 1/5 — Don’t Fall to Agencies *2024-05-12* Lots of newbies get blackmailed by those inappropriate agencies and come to your live streams to recruit you without you knowing. So If somebody trying to make you go to your KUMU inbox and have you press “AGREE” on please don’t or else you’ll be automatically be part of their agency. AVOID “Agea Agency” they don’t follow KUMU rules and will never removed you in there agency so if you ever get into a situation and happen to be in any agencies by accident my ONLY suggestion is to delete your account completely and recreate a new one. I HATE unprofessional Agencies, some are just not in complaints with the KUMU regulations. Nothing personal just being straight on what i’ve notice NOT just from my experience BUT only from the people that knows, hangout, bonding with, and many more… ### 4/5 — Can’t install *2024-04-22, version 8.65.0* Hello, I’ve uninstall because there was something wrong when i am using the app. Now i cannot download. Saying verification process - Check billing. When i am clicking its not proceeding! I used to be a gifter who could also earn, but the system has completely changed. Now, you give without any real opportunity to earn back. To make this app better i would highly recommend to ask kumu users some suggestions or better yet maybe a survey of what changes they want to make. Honestly, since the last update kumu became lea and less popular now and seeing other users now going other apps due to a significant changes here. Cons: -LS Stream DP is now too small and can barely press the bottons now. -Comment section, it’s unnecessary to show all people that are winning by playing games. Some people likes to comment on there streams now its so hard to back read due to significant amount of gamer winners showing up. No one cares how much they are winning. -Why is KUMU so sensitive when typing comments, even if its not a bad works still shows this ****? i don’t get it, its so annoying🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ -Why is some agency punishing there recruits, some recruits wants to leave there agency but they won’t release them. They are not following the policies/promises. I know they want to make money but that’s not the proper way to treat there recruits. Everyone have the rights to enjoy kumu🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I have more but this are the most concerns and need attention that i’ve notice so far. User feedback should shape updates. • Many people are leaving the app because the new changes don’t improve the experience. • Bring back the old KUMU feel — focused on connection, interaction, and real engagement. ### 1/5 — New update *2025-09-02, version 9.8.4* I been using kumu for almost 5 yrs and I like the old slots, the new update are not great you guys just copy the other apps. ### 1/5 — Excellent way to cope with the stress of the pandemic but sorely needs improvement now in 2025 *2025-06-28, version 9.6.0* Kumu has been an amazing virtual platform for us artists to continue expressing ourselves in the midst of the pandemic! I’ve been on the app for two years now, and it’s literally helped me survive these past two years. More power to KUMU! EDIT JUNE 2025: What is up with kumu nowadays; they’ve turned the app into a literal casino with banners and pop-ups from the top of the screen to incessant ones popping from the left to extremely big ones appearing right smack in the middle of the screen ruining the vibe of streams. Adjusting to the neverending banners at the top was hard enough because it covers the daily ranks and diamond counts and now there are even more pop-ups that are so disracting and disruptive making viewers want to leave the streams and actually want to try other apps. The app should come with a trigger warning for those sensitive to sudden movements that just don’t stop appearing and they aren’t even relevant to the stream the viewers are at.
