## What is Kumudu Approval?

Kumudu Approval is a store-based discount approval application designed for authorized users to review and manage incoming discount approval requests.

Discount requests are received through the store's existing sales and management system and are made available to authorized users in Kumudu Approval for review and decision.

Key Features:

• Review Incoming Requests
View discount approval requests received for your store and review the relevant request information.

• Approve Requests
Authorized users can approve discount requests directly from the app, allowing the requested discount to proceed through the store's approval process.

• Reject Requests
Authorized users can reject requests that do not meet the required approval criteria.

• Store-Based Requests
Requests are managed within their respective store. Requests associated with one store remain within that store and are handled by its authorized users.

• Simple Approval Workflow
Quickly review pending requests and make approval decisions from a centralized mobile interface.

• Secure Store Operations
The application is designed to support internal store operations by providing authorized users with access to the discount requests associated with their store.

Kumudu Approval is intended for authorized store personnel and supports the internal discount approval workflow of participating stores.
