Worth the buy however the tutors need to have patience when being contacted. I am a sophomore and have been using this for homework. There's a lot of good tutors and stuff but there's downsides. You have to pay for credits which not everyone could afford especially if they have no job or no income making it difficult to use the app. I would use the free ads for credits but recently I've no longer had the option. The tutors are great and break everything down. My only concern would be is that the tutors maybe shouldn’t write in cursive. It is very hard to read it at times. Sometimes it looks like scribbles. Also for the chat section it would be nice to have someone able to chat right away when having a question about the answer. Other than that I think it is great along with the tutors. ### 4/5 — Important Note *2022-05-08, version 5.17.0* I would like to provide a feedback in order to improve your platform, it would very useful if all the tutors in general were notified about the improvement of their writing, most of the time I received the answer and everything is messy , many words are not understood, they should be more efficient in that sense or at least get the answer digitally if they don't know how to write good. It takes too much time in order to contact them so they can correct it, sometimes they no longer reply, and still tutor want to be qualified for excellence. It would be great if we had the option to rate the writing so the tutors would notice and improve the writing. ### 2/5 — Sometimes reliable, sometimes not *2022-05-02, version 5.17.0* When I had a Math class earlier this year this app was a gem. It helped a lot. Especially with Chemistry too. But lately I’ve been trying to use it for my economy class and I literally have not received a single answer to my questions in 3+ hours! This is ridiculous. I even tried sending the questions again to no avail. What’s the point of paying for a service when these people all the sudden decide not to respond to my questions anymore? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 25/75 *2023-12-03, version 6.11.0* That right there is the ratio of percentage you’re going to get right of questions. If you use this app this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used tutors would constantly report you for random things just so they can get credit for the answers and if they did give you an answer, it would always be incorrect. It wouldn’t answer, right or they would only answer one part. Service that’s so expensive. They’re so cheap with their tutors and then you try to contact them and they tell you. Oh we’re going to do better trust us and that’s all they tell you do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Unreliable, slow, don’t waste your money *2023-10-26, version 6.9.0* It’s extremely slow, it takes forever to get a response and they’re wrong most of the time.
