Streaming video. This is a great video of the most popular YMAA kids class, with easy to follow instruction. An awesome way to spend a half hour indoors on a rainy day.

Well done video with great warmup and workout for kids done at just the right pace to keep them interested.  Nice sections help break down all the stances, punches and kicks to make sure they are doing them correctly.
