I’ve done it on new occasions. It does not work at all so my point searches expiring. ### 2/5 — Not so good anymore *2026-07-11, version 2.27.2* The app keeps getting less useful and harder to navigate. There’s a bug where adding a saved favorite to the cart won’t show the cart. It’s still there even after the latest update. I love the tea and usually have one every day. I can understand re-verification after a major app update, but come on! Why must you pester me EVERY DAY with verifications!! But when I add it to my order, it shows the discount in the cart but when I pay , I end up paying full price and the receipt also shows full price! Ended up paying for two orders to fix it, and customer service wasn’t helpful. However, it is very frustrating that I cannot find a way to add items to the quick-reorder list. I always order two drinks, one each for myself and my wife. Somehow, my drink is on the quick-order list, but my wife’s isn’t, so and I have to double-check the customizations every single time and go back and forth to make sure it’s correct. It is very inconvenient especially when my drink is on the quick-reorder list and is so easy to add. I downloaded it for the first time to try to order a drink ahead. It asked me for my full name and my full date of birth and my email address which I was uncomfortable with giving all three of those. Nonetheless, I provided my full name my date of birth, and my email address and the screen said that I would receive a verification via email before I could order my drink. I waited several minutes and never received a verification code. So now they have my full name, date of birth and email address and I am still not able to order anything on the app for pick up. ### 1/5 — Verification required every day *2026-07-29, version 2.27.4* I order boba tea every day. I love the tea, seriously dislike this app. It used to work just fine. Every day now I have to reply to a verification text before my order will go through. I tried the polite way, emailing the support. I received a polite reply. It was better for a week. Now it’s worse.
