The features are very easy to use and navigate. I love that notifications come in right away when there is a cancellation for a client. An improvement that would be helpful is a notification for any schedule changes made on the Kure App, that way the app doesn’t need to be checked so often, only when needed. ### 4/5 — Overall nice app *2021-11-22* This app has a few glitches but overall is a great app. It allows everyone to be on once accord one the clinic. The app is organized and it’s easy to tell where everything should be done. There is also a feature to talk to the parent/guardians and you're updated if there is a cancellation. There have been occasions where I would have trouble getting access to notes but those were able to be resolved. Overall I’d recommend, and it’d be perfect with a few updates! ### 4/5 — Review from a RBT *2021-03-06* Good app for writing session notes and schedule management. Love how it sends notes to the parents so they can have an idea of what we work on with their kids. Also like how it lets us know of schedule cancellations immediately and gives us a summary of our schedule in the mornings. It also lets us know if we have any missing session notes from the previous day. There are some glitches but they usually get resolved fairly quickly. ### 4/5 — Rbt: registered behavior technician *2021-02-10, version 2.1.5* Kure app has made doing ABA therapy really easy. We are able to log data at a touch of a button. It is really beneficial for the RBTs and helps the kids progress! I love how easy it is to push out referrals on there instead of going through the usual hustle and bustle! I think my favorite part about it the parents are able to actually see how their child is progressing by reading the notes and data from the provider. I can’t get past the sign up page. I type my number in for the code multiple times and it doesn’t send me anything ### 1/5 — Provider Review *2026-04-09* Over the past few years, the developers of this app have been actively making feature changes that result in making the app worse. They keep changing features and making things way more frustrating and unintuitive for the RBTs. On top of this, the app falls apart and stops working and starts lagging and freezing for everyone at least once a day. Whoever is in charge of the feature changes needs to be replaced and the server stability is laughable. ### 1/5 — App won’t work *2020-06-30, version 1.9.4* I have deleted and re-downloaded app several times. Initially got set up but no info available. Deleted and re-d/l’d. Won’t accept password and when I try to change it, every criteria clicks to green but red message tells me to verify. I’ve viewed both p/w entries and they match. My PT office wants me to use this app for appointment info and it’s impossible! ### 1/5 — Useless app *2020-06-09, version 1.9.2* It didn’t recognize the verification code texted to my phone, but there is no way to send it again. I continue to register and it doesn’t recognize my phone number that it texted the verification code to. If you need to edit something you need to talk to someone with higher app privileges or it’s not going to work. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Cancelling issues but still a helpful app *2026-08-25* I like the app, like being able to review my child’s report of his his day went but any time that I need to cancel and once I choose a reason for cancelling, there are these 5 white lines on the screen that never take me to the possible next screen (I’m assuming the next screen would be confirmation of a cancellation). I have to always text message my child’s ABA office manager to cancel over the phone. I would really like to be able to cancel in the app without needing to call in whenever I cannot bring my child to their ABA appt. Please fix this completely thank you.
