NOT RECOGNIZING OLD ACCOUNT ! *2026-06-11, version 1.4.520* I used to play the game , i have also paid money for passes! But with new update its not letting me to get my account! Plus not good with game transitions! And yes if you guys can help to get my account back !, ### 3/5 — Unable to open game *2026-03-19, version 1.4.090* I really enjoyed the game but after the recent update I can’t open the game. I have tried all basic troubleshooting but still can’t open it. ### 3/5 — Update needed *2026-03-15* I really like this game but i am unsure of the updates. There are bug fixes. Currently when I open the app it is telling me to update. Then i go to the App Store an and the app says”open” no update. It has been like that, back and forth alll the time. Please fix it. ### 2/5 — Version mismatch error *2026-03-12* I played Kurukshetra: Ascension a long time ago and really enjoyed the game. The gameplay, characters, and overall concept are very good, and I was excited to start playing again after a long break. However, after reinstalling the game on my iPhone, I keep getting a "Version Mismatched" error when launching the game. The message asks me to update the app, but the app is already updated to the latest version on the App Store. I even tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, but the same error still appears. This is very disappointing because I was looking forward to playing again, but currently the game is not usable. Please fix this issue as soon as possible so returning players can enjoy the game again. So I can’t play ### 3/5 — Unable to start the game *2026-03-10, version 1.4.090* Since yesterday I am trying to play this game but when I open the app it shows and update button, when i click that button it redirect me to app store and I don’t see any update button there just open button ### 2/5 — Glitch in the latest update in story mode *2026-02-14, version 1.4.090* I had recently updated the game and my characters in this game like bheem, bhishma and vali are above prithvi level but i am not able to play further as i am getting stuck at the loading screen of the story modebut my other character arjun who is in the beginning part that is patal is running smoothly for playing. Its a major glitch and i had bought the full story pack and I don’t wish to see this type of glitch from a quality game like this one. ### 4/5 — Unbalanced yet fun *2026-02-09* Some cards are just too powerful for the soma cost, Hero weapon cards needs to be either abundant or de buffed. At some point game mechanics makes it impossible to win against people purchasing packs. As a developer you can introduce other ways to generate a steady revenue by rewarding single cards for Ad streams but focus on balancing the game or you will continue facing players churn out. Game is fun when you start playing. Characters Lore are genuine and matches epics reference. I always encounter a server drop out when playing on mobile data, game just freezes and there is no way to reenter the ongoing game after restarting the game, it connects with server but your ongoing game gets forfeited. If developers can introduce rejoining the game within 30-40 seconds it will make it more enjoyable. ### 4/5 — Major issue found game freeze *2026-01-15, version 1.4.050* Best Indian game played so far , I am playing with long time in this month I purchased pass to unlock 3 maps and playing with Karna story mode but it's getting stuck not able to moving ahead please do something for this , I tired uninstall and installed but same issue found ### 2/5 — Suggestion *2025-10-31* Game concept is good and interesting but the game is full of bugs and it is getting worst day by day developers of the game only focusing on how to earn money by selling pass they are so arrogant and shameless that they don’t respond to your concern on discord or anywhere and they are thief also they silently steal your owned cards so you spend money to get them again they are only running the game to squeeze their investment the game is getting dead day by day. Stay tuned for future updates! ### 4/5 — Glitch while logging in after The latest Rise of Nagas Episode *2025-10-10* Amazing game…however with this new episode, rise of Nagas, Karma pass was bought by me and it was successfully bought also as amount was deducted from my account and the game shows to collect the pass but when I am trying to claim the benefits, the app is getting stuck and despite repeated ‘collect’ it’s again and agin asking to do it and not allowing to come to main interface and play the game.. I think there is some major technical glitch this time else I have never faced such problem in earlier episodes and enjoyed the game a lot.. the team may look into this .. **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for reporting this. However recent update has killed that fun. Game freeze post winning Story game as is same for winning a Duel Game. Had to kill the game to revisit the match again. Very frustrating. Inspite of this I play the game thinking it will be fixed. However even with recent update same issue. Will wait for a day post this August Season and then that’s it will uninstall the game. ### 3/5 — Good game but the bugs make it difficult *2025-07-17, version 1.3.070* The game is pretty fun to play, but too many bugs. Even after last update no real fixes. Super annoying when the game glitches midway (happens 50% of the time). Lost all previous progress. It would be worth playing if the bugs were fixed. Otherwise it’s just annoying. ### 2/5 — I love this game *2025-07-13, version 1.3.070* But the developers really need to work on fixing the balance of powers the heroes hold - firstly bhishma is op and so are some other heroes. Secondly, yes there is a medium level of pay to win - which is somewhat expected, although it is significant in this game. Thirdly, the game isn’t even running properly on IOS anymore, I don’t know if it’s your servers or code, but game barely works. Point system is also error filled, you win a game and don’t get the points, which makes the win pointless. ### 2/5 — Fix bug *2025-07-06, version 1.3.070* The game freezes in between matches and causing me to lose trophies. Please fix the bug and if you cannot run a proper game please do not release the versions. Also Pauravi is too overrated and broken. Please neutralise characters and design properly ### 2/5 — Shards and Gold Deducted but the item purchased from the store is not seen in the claimed cards *2025-06-28, version 1.3.070* Feels disappointed when 500 shards and some gold coins are deducted for the purchase of the cards but unable to find it in my card section to update my deck. Also, all have extra powers or changes but Sugriva feels like demoted, purely no choice of extra protection, upgrades. Previously had choice to use the some to get a card once past 6th round now the forest stays and Sugriva literally becomes easy target and being bullied by all other characters. Totally disappointing ### 4/5 — Update glitch *2025-06-12, version 1.3.026* I don’t know what happened, but as soon as I updated the game, the game started from square one. I had recently purchased the story package and had my account linked to google, but now it’s asking me again to purchase it. All the progress just disappeared. All hero cards, game boards, story progress, everything just vanished. I really enjoyed the game, but this is just disappointing. Please fix this asap, cause I really liked the gameplay and I don’t want my money wasted. Update: the glitch was resolved, and all my progress was restored. This game is heavily pay-to-win, and it becomes clear very quickly that spending money is the only real way to dominate. Low-level or free-to-play players get crushed in ranked matches because the matchmaking is completely unbalanced. You’re constantly paired against overpowered decks boosted by real-money purchases. There's no skill-based progression—just a paywall. Even the story content and seasonal events push you toward spending. The grind is brutal, and the Karma Pass feels like a cash grab. Unless you're ready to spend regularly, expect frustration and a lot of unfair fights. Refreshing concept & play. Loved playing - even splurged and bought some game upgrades. Great new characters & cards too. However with the latest update (exactly like Hearthstone) the fun factor took a quick & sharp nose dive with lots of players 'buying' thier rank & status by purchasing NUMEROUS 'specialty' cards. That is in addition to all the bots. Characters are again HORRIBLY balanced. Yes - you need to formulate your deck to best suit your character HOWEVER even doing so still does not negate the issues. Your (full time grind) opponent now plays a plethora of specialty Legend cards on thier 2nd/3rd turn!? Specific heros are WAY too powerful (so why bother playing against them)? Most characters are NO longer played as they are now too weak compared to the few heros always exclusively played. New update is a DISASTER on every front. I strongly advise to AVOID this game as it is no longer fun. So much potential - but so much wrong. I will not be a returning player. ### 1/5 — Season 14 is really bad. Please fix the bugs *2025-06-11, version 1.3.026* They changed the entire format of the game changing the hero powers, deliberately weakening a few heroes. I also made an in app purchase for a karma pass of season 14 and it’s still not reflecting in my game and I am not getting any of the cards or rewards I have really enjoyed playing the game for past 6 months and the bugs in season 14 are leaving a sour taste. Eg. “charming touch” spell card ! It pretty much makes the game one sided ! Even the cards like “mantra of fury” spell card. They are almost impossible to be defeated !
