Te piden hacer todo en la app sin poder hacer nada en la oficina pero luego la app no funciona sin importar lo que intentes hacer. Buena manera de mandar clientes a otros bancos

**Developer response:** Kaixo, no tenemos constancia de que la app sufra ninguna incidencia. Revisa tu dispositivo o accede desde otro a la banca on-line clásica, a ver si te pasa lo mismo. Ongi izan^KB

I add my card to my Apple wallet, it prompts me to go to the app to complete the process and the app crashes every single time. It’s impossible to add the cards there. Please fix!

En comparación con los competidores, es una aplicación muy básica y de bajo costo que funciona extremadamente mal. Las notificaciones llegan con horas de retraso o nunca llegan, a pesar de estar activadas. Mis depósitos y pagos por Bizum no llegan. Otras aplicaciones bancarias que utilizo no tienen este problema.

Good security and easy to manage to different accounts. 
Other banks categorise income and expenditure very clearly and you can have estimates etc.... This one could improve on that.
