### 2/5 — Disappointing Update - Lost a Key Feature and Simplicity

*2026-05-25*

The new update has removed a core feature that many users relied on — managing family accounts under a single login. Since the update, which now seems heavily focused on showcasing CRED, this functionality appears to be gone, and there’s no clear way to access or manage family members’ accounts from one login anymore.

This change takes away a major convenience that made the app simple and practical to use. It’s disappointing to see an update reduce usability instead of improving it. If this isn’t addressed soon, many users may have to consider switching to other apps that offer a more straightforward and user-friendly experience.

A clear example of how one update can negatively impact the simplicity and value of an otherwise useful app.

### 2/5 — New version lacks old features

*2026-04-29*

I've been a user of this app for a few years now and have liked it for its simplicity and helpful features. However, the new version (by Cred) revamped everything in the app making some of the most useful features disappear. In particular, the tax harvesting feature which used to help save taxes on MFs without much hassle. I sincerely hope that the feature is revived soon otherwise, this 'new look and feel' of the app would only prove itself to be superficial.

### 2/5 — New UI is trash

*2026-04-25, version 2.0.12*

Please get the old UI back. The new one is the most nonsensical thing that can be there for an App in the financial sector.
If not improved people will start deflecting to other platforms.

### 1/5 — Bring back old UI UX

*2026-04-10*

I have been using kuvera since past 5 years and loved the simplicity. The now UI under CRED has changed the looks drastically and is missing several features such as external gold tracking, sorting my funds based on 1 day change, functionality to switch between current and lifetime XIRR, ease of viewing my family member portfolio, tax harvesting suggestions, in general it seems like in an attempt to overhaul the UI (which wasn’t even needed) the core feature set has also been compromised. I understand the good intent from CRED team but would genuinely recommend them to bring back old UI with minor twist to add CRED flavour without changing the core features and pages where we are accustomed to find stuff easily since years.

**Developer response:** Hi, we are always looking to improve the experience for our users, and really appreciate the feedback as we are still working on some features and expect it to be available soon. If there is anything specific we can look into, please contact us at help@kuvera.in.

### 2/5 — The New Update Removes What I Liked

*2026-04-10*

I have been on Kuvera for about 7-8 years now and I used to love Kuvera because it cleanly showed only the mutual fund investments I made through the app—simple, focused, and perfect for tracking my direct SIPs and transactions without clutter. The latest update changes this by forcing aggregation of all mutual fund investments from every platform (Zerodha, Groww, etc.), which I really don’t like.
This “all-in-one view” adds unwanted noise. I already check other apps for my external holdings—why complicate Kuvera by mixing them in? Now, my portfolio view is bloated with investments I didn’t make through Kuvera, making it harder to quickly see what matters: my direct investments on this platform.
My request is straightforward: bring back two separate views. One for “All Investments” (if you want aggregation), and one for “Kuvera-only” (my preferred default). Without this toggle, the app feels less useful to me.
Until they fix this, I’d recommend Kuvera only if you want full aggregation. If you, like me, prefer tracking solely your Kuvera investments, you might be disappointed.

**Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for sticking with us as we grow. We appreciate your feedback and are rolling out regular updates. So keep an eye out for what’s next.

### 1/5 — App not opening on iPhone from last 1 week

*2026-02-11*

App not opening on iPhone from last 1 week. Stays at white screen

### 4/5 — App should close on swipe up

*2025-12-08, version 1.238.1*

The App should close on swipe up on iOS for security reason. It remains open in background. It may divulge one’s finance to other person if someone like close acquaintances meddle with the phone.

### 4/5 — Excellent App

*2025-11-18, version 1.238.1*

The app is amazing and so easy to use. But would like to have someone to call when things are not working. Emails are too slow. Perhaps what’s app chat would be helpful.

### 1/5 — app crashing

*2025-11-12*

app is crashing on iphone since last week

**Developer response:** HI! We regret the inconvenience caused. We request you to send your queries to us at support@kuvera.in. If you’ve already submitted a query, please provide your registered email ID so our team can review it and respond with the necessary details.

### 1/5 — Used to be great, now completely non-functional

*2025-10-27*

I have been using this app since about 7 years. It used to work properly and I never had any issues. However, since the update to iOS 26, the app has completely stopped functioning. What’s worse is that Kuvera keeps giving just autogenerated responses to this issue which has been raised by multiple customers.
While the issue might be fixed in some upcoming release, having the app broken for so long reflects poorly on the Team. There is no knowing if and when the solution will be given, leading to scenario where we are unable to access our funds using Kuvera.

**Developer response:** Hi, you can send your queries to us at support@kuvera.in. If you’ve already submitted a query, please provide your registered email ID so our team can review it and respond with the necessary details.

### 1/5 — Waste app

*2025-08-25*

This app is a complete waste of time. I tried multiple times to complete my KYC, but I keep running into one issue or another. Very frustrating experience with this app.

### 1/5 — Worst Investing App In The world

*2025-08-22, version 1.238.1*

1 star is too much for them. Tried creating an account 3 times. Every time there is a new error and the customer service keeps telling me to delete my account and re-try like it's a lotto.

### 3/5 — Constructive suggestions to make your app from good to great

*2025-05-29, version 1.235.5*

Constructive suggestions to make your app from good to great

1. Navigation and user experience is not smooth on app like it is for other apps

2. Pls change the font to another good one and make the app appear less clunky

### 1/5 — No tagging of mfs to goals

*2025-05-07, version 1.235.5*

So i have made my own portfolio as per my goals . When i go to tag the goals to that particular fund it just asks automatic allocation or custom allocation n after doing 100 % allocation of that fund to that goal it still asks i to modify n this whole process becomes cumbersome n at the end no MFs are allocated to that goal . Not happy . It does give a simple user interface to invest in mutual funds but what’s the use if just investing when one can’t see the progress in the goals

### 3/5 — Not working

*2025-04-16*

Not working on iPhone 16 pro

**Developer response:** Hi, can you send your queries to us at support@kuvera.in. If you’ve already submitted a query, please provide your registered email ID so our team can review it and respond with the necessary details

### 4/5 — Silver as an option

*2025-03-17, version 1.235.5*

Can we have a silver option to add into account as an asset like we do have a Gold. Would be good to have.

Also option to put FD option as it will help to consolidate investment at one app..

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Very Bad

*2026-07-03*

I am extremely disappointed with this app. Ever since Kuvera merged with Cred, the app has become full of bugs and problems. The old Kuvera app worked much better.

For the past week, I have been contacting customer support, but nothing has been fixed. They keep saying they are working on it, but there is no real progress. When I submit a support request, they promise a reply within 24 hours, but they often don’t respond at all.

The portfolio data is also incorrect. On the desktop website, the Import Portfolio feature says the system cannot import my holdings, and it shows confusing messages. Even worse, the investment amounts shown in Kuvera do not match my actual AMC records. In some cases, Kuvera is showing almost double the correct amount, which is unacceptable for a financial app.

I have completely lost trust in this app. It has become unreliable and frustrating to use. I am now switching to another investment platform because I can no longer depend on Kuvera. Please fix these serious issues instead of making promises that are never fulfilled.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and continued support. We're continuously working to improve the app experience. If you have any suggestions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at help@kuvera.in.

### 1/5 — New UI make it worst

*2026-06-13*

After the new upgrade of Kuvera, I am downgrading my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Earlier, the app was simple, user-friendly, and easy to track investments. However, instead of improving the user experience, the latest update feels like a downgrade.

Previously, I could easily view and track my Kuvera investments separately. Now, investments from other platforms are mixed together, making it difficult to get a clear picture of my Kuvera portfolio. The old interface was much more organized and convenient.

I hope the team considers bringing back the simplicity and clarity that made Kuvera a great investment platform.

**Developer response:** We regret the inconvenience you had to face. For better assistance please share your information with help@kuvera.in. We will be happy to assist you.

### 1/5 — Unwanted overhaul

*2026-06-08*

This app is so confusing now. I am not sure why they had to redesign the whole thing. Just to change branding? Just so Cred could say we built this? Well the designers have done a less than decent job. Guess they only cared about the UI and not the UX. Not even the core features the users were here for. With this you have lost your Moat. This is more like what Dezerv is doing and I hate that for the same reason. If this is not being reverted, I am definitely moving out in 1 month max.

Addition: This is getting worse. Money getting mixed up in portfolios, some portfolios are not even showing. Big problem with data migration maybe. Why is there a stupid CAMS based refresh button for mutual funds, this was never required earlier. Who designed all of this? And why?

**Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please share your registered details with us at help@kuvera.in, and our team will look into the issue and help you.

### 1/5 — Mutual Fund Sync Broken Since Feb 2026 – No Resolution Yet

*2026-06-03*

I have been using Kuvera for a long time, but since February 2026, mutual fund synchronization/import has completely stopped working for me. Earlier it was working fine, but for the last several months I have been unable to refresh or import the latest mutual fund updates.

The app only shows “Mutual fund sync temporarily paused” and there has been no resolution. I have sent multiple emails to customer support, but the responses have been generic and unhelpful. It feels like the support team either does not understand the issue or does not have enough technical knowledge to resolve it. I still haven’t received a clear explanation or timeline for a fix.

Very disappointing experience for an investment platform where accurate and up-to-date portfolio tracking is essential.

### 1/5 — Serious Investors Need the Old Features Back

*2026-05-27*

The new Kuvera update feels like a downgrade in terms of usability and research features.

The older version was actually much better for serious mutual fund investors. A few important features seem to be missing now:

• Earlier, we could see 1D change for each individual mutual fund. Now it only shows overall portfolio 1D change, which reduces visibility into individual fund performance.

• Peer comparison details are gone. Previously, we could easily check where a mutual fund ranked within its category and compare it against category averages. That feature was extremely useful for analysis.

• Fund exploration and filtering also feels limited now. Earlier it was easier to browse and filter funds based on our own requirements.

The new UI may look cleaner, but a lot of practical investor-focused insights from the old version are missing. Would really appreciate if these features could be brought back.

Otherwise, users looking for detailed analysis and fund comparison may eventually prefer alternatives like INDmoney or similar platforms.

### 1/5 — NRI cannot login

*2026-04-26, version 2.0.12*

Why NRI requires Indian mobile number to log in? Fix it asap

### 1/5 — Used to be good app

*2026-04-25, version 2.0.12*

Latest release and broken many features like family account and multiple profiles for NRE/NRO.

### 1/5 — Reliable Once, Now Unusable Due to Sync Issues and No Support

*2026-04-19*

I’ve been a long-time Kuvera user and, until recently, it was easily a 5-star experience. The platform was reliable, intuitive, and something I trusted to track my investments accurately.

However, the current issues have seriously eroded that trust. My portfolio no longer syncs properly, and the values being shown are incorrect. For a financial platform, accuracy and real-time reliability are non-negotiable, and this makes the app difficult to rely on.

What’s even more disappointing is the lack of support. Despite sending repeated emails, there has been no “meaningful response or resolution”.

I genuinely hope this gets addressed soon, because the product used to be excellent. But in its current state, with both functionality and support falling short, it’s not dependable anymore.

### 1/5 — The new update is unreliable

*2026-04-19*

There are so many features that are gone. Even the XIRR is showing incorrect. Previously the mutual funds used to show which date it was updated for, now that is gone, not know which date is the value for. The simplicity was why I liked this app. Making a modern UI and makingu it convoluted are two different things. It’s not about change, if I wanted a UI like GROWW, I would go to GROWW. Tax harvesting, exit old info, so many things are just gone. Please fix the app and at least bring back previous features in your UI.

**Developer response:** Hi! We regret the inconvenience caused. For better assistance, we request that you raise your query at help@kuvera.in so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

### 1/5 — All the best features have been removed in the new app

*2026-04-18*

The older version of the app was so much better. It had really useful features like Tax Harvesting, tracking EPF, updating offline gold investments within the portfolio for an easy overview of all investments both online and offline, etc. All of these features were extremely useful and, perhaps, the only reason I used Kuvera instead of other apps like Groww. Sadly, all of these features have now been removed and Kuvera has gone from being the best app to perhaps the worst in terms of functionality. Cred has taken an amazing product and destroyed it completely. Nobody cares about the fancy design aesthetics of these apps. Customers want an app that delivers value – this is something Cred and Kunal have struggled to understand forever. Goodbye, Kuvera. After nearly a decade on Kuvera, I am now reluctantly switching to another app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent service

*2026-07-31*

Ever since CRED took over Kuvera, the app has become excellent. The overall experience is much smoother, faster, and more polished than before. Navigation is seamless, performance is reliable, and everything works effortlessly. The service quality has also improved significantly, making investing and portfolio management a pleasure. Great job by the CRED team—this has become one of the best and most user-friendly investment apps.

### 5/5 — Satisfied

*2025-11-06*

I have been using this app since 5 years and i am really satisfied with this. Recently I had an issue with my phone number updation and was searching for customer care number, though I couldn’t find any number and had to contact them by email… I had read poor reviews about their response on email, but personally I couldn’t resolve my issue within hours, their response was instant as if I was in a chat with someone. Thank you team Kuvera

**Developer response:** Thank you very much. Keep using our app :)

### 5/5 — Using it since 2020.

*2025-04-07, version 1.235.5*

Writing this review after 5 years of using it. The app does exactly what it is supposed to do. Sell mutual funds transparently and without any failure rate.

Just one suggestion: you should focus on making changes to SIP orders even 24 hours before execution date.

### 5/5 — Very easy to use

*2025-01-14*

Very much user friendly.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your feedback.

### 5/5 — App not working

*2024-12-31, version 1.235.5*

Always showing a message to set up one click mandate even though it was already done by me.
The problem is that we cannot do anything else in the app once this pop up comes.
Please fix this issue ASAP.
No response from customer care. Waiting for a resolution for more than a month! Regret the decision to choose Kuvera.
