Icon sistem ayarlarına göre dark yada beyaz olarak kendini ayarlıyordu son güncellemeden sonra tamamiyle beyaza dondu. Şimdi bunu farkedip düzeltmeleri aylar alir. Ilgilenmedigimizi belirttiğimiz kampanyaları sürekli dayatma hala devam ediyor. Müşteri aradığı işlemi bulmasın menüler içinde dolansın kafayı yesin diye yapılmış. Eskiden tek tıklama ile ulaştığımız her işlem için artik ana işleme ulaşabilmek için en az 4 tiklama yapiyoruz. Zaten uygulamayi açar açmaz gözüme sokulan kampanya sacmaligi var ve bunu kapatma şansımız yok. Kampanyaları tek tek kapatsanız dahi uygulamayi tekrar açtığınızda daha önce kapatmakla uğraştığınız kampanyaları tekrar size gösteriyor. Eğer tekrar gösterecekseniz kapatma butonu koymanin mantığı ne? Kampanya sekmesini kaldıra bilmek için bir ayar kesinlikle şart yada o sekmeye isteğimiz bir menü ekleme seçeneği getirilsin. Hızlı menülerde QR ile para çekme seçeneği var ancak QR ile para yaptırma seçeneği yok. Ben para cekmekten ziyade QR ile daha fazla para yaptırıyorum ancak bunu hızlı menülere ekleyemiyorum. Kendim tasarımci olduğunu için diyebilirim ki gunceleme yapan kişinin kesinlikle UX konusunda bilgisi yok. Çok karışık her menüye ve işleme ulaşmak için en az 4/5 tiklama yapmak gerekiyor. UX acısından bu kabul edilemeyecek kadar fazla tıklamadır. 👎😤 ### 1/5 — Güvenilmez bir banka *2024-12-24, version 6.5.1* 2 ay önce kredi kartı satmak için uğraştılar kredi kartını aldık. 1 ay sonra kredi kartınin kullanım seklini degistirdiler. Harcamaya altin para veriyorlardı şimdi kendi belirledikleri kampanyalara sadece altın para veriyorlar ki bu kampanyalar her kullanıcı için uygun değil. Örneğin bu ayki kampanya yakit harcamalarına altın para veriyor arabanız yoksa altın para kazanmanızın ihtimali yok sadece boşa harcama yapmış oluyorsunuz. Bu tarz aldatıcı girişimler kartı hemen kapatmak ve iptal etmem için yeterliki az önce kartı iptal ettim. Bir daha KuveytTurk ürünleri kullanmayacağım. Consider this: I was due for a password change, which I completed. Next thing I know the device wants to be re-registered, so I login with new password. I get a message that I must confirm this device via the iPhone device saved. Guess what??? This is the only iPhone I ever registered with this app. Why is it not letting me do that? I am asked to call customer service but they are closed till Monday. Been thinking to leave this bank. Developer stated a phone number to call 24x7. Well, it’s not true. That is the number I called and they are only open ten hours a day Mon-Fri. **Developer response:** Hello, you can make your transaction via +90 444 0 123 / 0850 251 0 123 numbers. Our Customer Contact Center provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
