Sometimes my contacts refuse to load, and other times the app doesn’t even open for longer than 1 second before crashing. Problems go away if I delete and re download the app, but It’s not feasible to have to do that every day. I appreciate the features offered including tracking calls and emails. However the online version is slow. I got an iPad to help manage my crm to find that it doesn’t turn with the keyboard and that I cannot send a MLS listing directly to my client. I guess their are work around for that but i wish both of those features were available for the iPad. ### 1/5 — App does not Launch *2024-01-02* We’ve been having a horrible experience with the KVCoreMobile app and with the KV core team, and with the KV core websites and our data, we constantly see issues such as our search alerts being erased they are not going through customer support, taking a long time to understand what’s going on and to resolve issues the problems are not only with the app the problems are with managements lack of attention to detail and their ability to act fast and work for the agents that they claim to be serving. Take a look at all the previous reviews they’re all consistent. the app does not launch. Very disappointing ### 3/5 — Can’t rotate screen and some features don’t work *2023-12-25* I love kvcore most days. They do have some bugs here and there. I just bought a new iPad and I cannot use the app while my iPad keyboard is positioned horizontally. The app at this point should be able to rotate with my screen. Dialer feature doesn’t work when looking for certain hashtags to call. When I want to send a listing link to a client, the link is often broken. In the past, I have been able to use it. Overtime it has gotten more and more glitchy. The purpose of this app is incredible! Unfortunately, basic functions don’t even work. I have deleted the app and then downloaded it again. That didn’t help at all. I wish that the app actually worked. Don’t get me wrong, it has some great features to it AND was the first of its kind on a lot of advances in the CRM evolution. However - both the mobile and desktop version frequently have bugs that disallow basic functions making it infuriating trying to perform work tasks. Customer service isn’t much help either, as some of the errors that occur within the app (large errors mind you) ‘cannot be corrected.’ ### 1/5 — Never loads *2025-01-09, version 2.35.0* Texts don’t load contacts don’t load ### 1/5 — User trying to cancel *2024-12-26* I received kv core as a part of my brokerage arrangement. Signed up for their “listing leads service” I switched brokerages recently and they refused to cancel my subscription service which was 1500 per month after I left the brokerage. They claimed until I was removed from their system they would not cancel my services. I don’t know about you but I have no control of what my previous company does with my old information which by the way I no longer have access too. This company is a scam, worst part of it is they never even converted or delivered one qualified lead in over 6 months of paying for this service. Stay clear from this company, your money is better spent on a legitimate service that will actually produce. I’ve been in the industry for 11 years and have sold over 1,000 homes I might add so it’s not like I don’t know how the game works. ### 1/5 — Login fail *2024-12-04, version 2.34.2* Fails to login. Leads are worthless junk. Salesman lied, the staff doesn't know how to use the product, and it is completely worthless 5 months in to using it. Zero conversions in 5 months.1 phone call --- 1 legit phone call and they even did not convert. $1100/month for 1 phone call!!!!
