It tries to sync with camera then fails to connect. I wish the developer would fix this app. Made investments in their product offering and now I feel I regret it. Developer please help. It still recorded and I was able to see if the giant lizard in my garage used to window to leave. But that was months ago. I moved camera to the patio bat. Worked 3x to record motion. Now it just tries to connect and then immediately goes offline. It’s niw a piece of crap. Except maybe as a dummy camera to scare off potential house breaker. I give up and am headed to Brandsmart for a cheap but good replacement. ### 1/5 — I don’t know what’s wrong *2020-05-29* Following all instructions and I am still not getting the results - the connect to WiFi screen literally keeps showing me the same image and won’t actually search my networks - I’ve deleted the app - restarted my phone and tried everything I could with no avail . Seems outdated and faulty ### 1/5 — Don’t buy cameras Don’t buy! *2019-09-24* Don’t buy cameras I bought 7 cameras and 2 only work tried to contact company several time won’t contact me back. I have left messages still nothing complete waste of money and time with this company and the 2 that do work connect to China or some place in a different country sometimes. Don’t buy! ### 1/5 — What is going on?? *2018-10-13* When I 1st got the app in June it worked and connected perfectly fine then out out of nowhere sometime in August both cameras cannot be seen on the app anymore. I’ve reset numerous times and nothing an error messages pops up saying “no internet connection” which is incorrect because I literally have other products connected.
