The KW Command App allows me at access my KW Command desktop data in an easy to navigate format and makes updating client information and interactions a breeze. When I forget to log an interaction, it reminds me! I love being able to leverage the dictation, messaging, and WhatsApp integrations. Then, it does not allow me to log in once it downloads ### 1/5 — Please update login *2025-07-17, version 3.2.1* Please, please, PLEASE update the login process!!! It’s sooo frustrating. We are in 2025, why doesn’t the app have Face ID?!! You guys supposedly “updated” the login in a few months back, but it’s honestly worse than before. ### 2/5 — It’s great until it isn’t *2025-08-26, version 3.3.2* Functionality is very glitchy ### 3/5 — Where is FaceID? *2025-02-14, version 3.0.1* It is frustrating to have to manually sign in every single time. Please try again later.” Then I manually login in, and it works fine. ### 3/5 — Opportunities are not included *2021-12-02, version 1.0.0* Not sure how the app description can say “from lead to close” when the app doesn’t include Opportunities in it. Even the Kelle app had access to open the opportunities in Command. Wish KW wouldn’t release things halfway. If it’s going to be a Command app, it needs to include both contacts and opportunities to truly handle things on the go without needing a computer. ### 4/5 — Excellent, needs some tweaks *2025-06-02, version 3.2.1* I use this app to access & manage my database daily. There are so many functions in the app that are useful to have on your phone, it’s hard to make an argument that you can go without it. The user experience could use some updates, text appears in the app slower than my typing speed so I frequently have to re type sections slow enough for the app to get it right the first time, or auto correct over itself. Crashes/freezes are very frequent, despite how small the action may be. I recently ran into an issue where if I tried to change the date of a task, the app would freeze & eventually crash. Minor issues like this are prevalent, to the point the app will more likely crash than not if you’re using the app frequently. There are many functions available on command on your desktop that aren’t available in the app, which is unfortunate. I can see what opportunities I have, but can’t actually manage or update them with documents, only see their status & details for example. If these “wrinkles” continue to be ironed out, this app could be one of the best apps for a Realtor. ### 4/5 — More integration *2024-01-04, version 2.3.0* I love command! It’s a great CRM. That being said I wish it would integrate with google voice and not twilo. When I put in my phone number it automatically adds another digit and the phone number is invalid no matter how you write it down.
