After one attempt it says my account is locked from to many failed sign ins. Then to reset you can’t get the keyboard to disappear to enter the reset… iPhone 15 ### 1/5 — Needs lot of work *2025-12-31* I love kwiktrip but can see they have work to do with improving electric vehicles support. The app only shows ccs chargers and no nacs and only 1 at each location. Doesn’t seem to show if they are in use or in service or out of order. Also with the nacs becoming standard for US hope they take that into consideration moving forward with new stations. They are building a new charging location close to me by holy hill road and the 400 speed looks appealing but the .52 cents per kW vs .37 cents at peak I pay at supercharger is a hard no. I do hope they improve and add more locations but have a feeling the rollout will be slow. The app looks out dated. It is nice if no supercharger is available but I haven’t really found any situation where I would need it yet because Tesla has so many nicely placed for road trips. We definetly need more. Wish they would have teamed up with Tesla chargers instead. Their v4 chargers are amazing. Hope they don’t have problems with the brand they chose. Would love to see this succeed. ### 2/5 — Needs Improvement *2026-08-06* Haven’t even charged yet but I have thoughts. 1) SSO for all KwikTrip apps. I shouldn’t need a separate login for Kwik Rewards 2) Should offer a visit to Kwik Rewards members 3) Needs to explain why you need my address to signup, I almost deleted it 4) Needs Apple Pay to start a charging session 5) Map/search should zoom out to show nearest location. There’s one six miles from me but it shows no locations nearby so I have to type in the city name ### 2/5 — Love Kwik Trip, this app not so much *2026-06-21* I love Kwik Trip and want to see their charging stations succeed. They need to focus on areas not served by Tesla, their new station in North Branch, MN is a prime example of genius locating. However the app itself is glitchy. Every few times I open it had forgotten my password, when I enter my password, which I KNOW to be correct, it tells me I am wrong. So I go through their process of setting up a new password, use the one I KNEW to be correct, and it tells me I can’t use it because it’s been used before. Also the search feature doesn’t work just pulling up the map. You have to make a guess about where you want to charge, and enter a city name or zip code before you can see stations on a map. So yeah this app needs lots of work, but I sure hope that Kwik Trip is willing to do it because in Kwik Trip’s service area, there’s never a Tesla Supercharger where you need it when you need it. I do have a concern that Kwik Trip has given up on this app. There’s a spot where you can enter your vehicle information with a pull-down box. They don’t have Chevrolet Equinox EV listed as a choice. Chevy has only sold 100,000 of these since 2024, so this seems to not bode well for the future updating of this app. ### 2/5 — Good for locating Charging *2024-12-27* The app is good for locating Kwik Trip charging, but I don’t see much value beyond that. It has an option to store payment, but the terminals don’t have an option to use the app to pay. Instead, you have to use NFC. I was not successful using NACS with my Tesla as it failed every time with error 44. Any excitement I had about Kwik Trip finally offering charging is gone. The Tesla Superchargers work better and are cheaper. Hopefully Kwik Trip will improve. ### 2/5 — Hm. *2024-12-14* - branding for this app is 😬 - couldn’t get SMS activation code for account post signup - app looks like I opened the way back machine - couldn’t add card info (even with a guest account) - deleted app & paid by card I like kwik trip — however — I dislike needing 45+ apps to charge my EV. Not KT’s fault but I wish this was integrated into the EXISTING KT application. Thank you for at least allowing me to pay by car w/o the app :) ### 3/5 — A small step forward *2024-12-25* The first thing I noticed was no support for My Kwik Rewards card. One would think that the app would support the home payment option. Next, it’s pretty pricey charging compared to the superchargers. Next, integration with the current Kwik Rewards app would be ideal. ### 4/5 — Locations *2024-12-21* Why would the first two locations be across the street from other fast chargers when there are so many charging deserts? Ask the engineers to look at the Chippewa Falls Ford dealer across the street. This one is configured like drive thru gas pumps where at Kwik Trip it would be extremely difficult to use 2 of them due to cord length. ### 5/5 — Excited for this *2024-12-14* App looks pretty good from the start.
