I waited for hours to be assigned a driver after paying, but I later discovered that customer care does not exist. I decided to cancel my order and was never given a refund. Very unless and unreliable service typical Nigeria business

If you own a business and need a prompt delivery, do not use this app or else you will loose both your client and your integrity. I searched online and saw Kwik and choose them because of time of delivery. They gave an estimate delivery time of 12:40, it’s 2:30 and no call of receiving yet  . My client sent me a stinker and requested for her money.

Very quick service as the name implies. Other providers just keep making me shout all the time but I don’t have to with Kwik. Thanks for being a savior. They know what to do without me having to call or monitor them back to back.
